【摘要】：當前中國經濟處在進一步深化結構性改革,各項經濟活動在新常態(tài)背景下發(fā)展的時代。我國資本市場機遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存,整個券商行業(yè)正處于歷史轉型期并蘊含著巨大的發(fā)展機遇。與此同時,我國證券公司的經營業(yè)務一直面臨收入來源渠道單一、內部風險較大、業(yè)務創(chuàng)新動能不足和風險抵抗能力較弱等問題。找準公司合理定位的同時精準把握未來的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,對內外部環(huán)境中的問題實現突破,完成業(yè)務轉型,是眾多證券公司面臨的問題。XM證券是一家省財政廳控股的中型全國創(chuàng)新類證券公司,但距離國內排名前十的券商以及國際領先的證券公司,仍有較大差距。如何實現業(yè)務轉型,對于企業(yè)健康持續(xù)發(fā)展意義重大。本文結合中國證券公司發(fā)展現狀和美國證券公司發(fā)展的歷史沿革及業(yè)務轉型的經驗,進行XM證券公司業(yè)務轉型的研究。本文將在研究分析以美國的投資銀行為代表的發(fā)達國家證券公司業(yè)務發(fā)展轉型的歷史沿革、經驗借鑒的基礎上,結合在證券公司工作的從業(yè)經驗及在校學習企業(yè)管理專業(yè)的理論知識,闡述了XM證券發(fā)展現狀及存在的問題。通過宏觀環(huán)境分析、SWOT分析等研究方法,探討XM證券業(yè)務如何在錯綜復雜的經濟環(huán)境和金融業(yè)激烈的競爭背景下進行業(yè)務轉型規(guī)劃,并提出了現實思路和建議:通過有針對性的區(qū)域擴張,增加客戶覆蓋能力;以傳統(tǒng)業(yè)務為基礎,加大業(yè)務創(chuàng)新,逐步實現業(yè)務的多元化發(fā)展;通過差異化經營策略保障業(yè)務轉型;在企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略層面,制定發(fā)展集團金融的戰(zhàn)略目標。并進一步提出了四點具體措施:發(fā)掘京津冀區(qū)域發(fā)展?jié)摿?擴大網點布局;緊跟“一帶一路”,推進海外業(yè)務發(fā)展;實施差異化經營策略,突出特色品牌優(yōu)勢;擁抱混業(yè)經營格局,向集團化金融發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:At present, China's economy is in the era of further deepening structural reform and the development of various economic activities under the background of the new normal. China's capital market opportunities and challenges coexist, the entire securities industry is in a historical transition period and contains a huge opportunity for development. At the same time, the operation of securities companies in our country has been faced with the problems of single revenue source, large internal risk, lack of business innovation kinetic energy and weak ability of risk resistance and so on. To find a reasonable position of the company at the same time accurately grasp the future development strategy, to achieve a breakthrough in the internal and external environment, to complete the business transformation, XM Securities is a medium-sized national innovation securities company controlled by the Ministry of Finance, but it is still far from the top 10 securities firms in China and the leading international securities companies. How to realize business transformation is of great significance to the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises. This paper studies the business transformation of XM securities companies based on the current situation of the development of Chinese securities companies and the historical evolution of the development of American securities companies and the experience of business transformation. Based on the research and analysis of the history and experience of the development and transformation of securities companies in developed countries, represented by the investment banks of the United States, Combined with the experience of working in securities companies and the theoretical knowledge of studying business management in school, this paper expounds the present situation and existing problems of XM securities development. By means of macro environment analysis, SWOT analysis and other research methods, this paper discusses how to carry out business transformation planning of XM securities business under the complicated economic environment and fierce competition in the financial industry. And put forward practical ideas and suggestions: through targeted regional expansion, increase customer coverage capacity; On the basis of traditional business, we should increase business innovation, gradually realize the diversified development of business, guarantee business transformation through differentiated management strategy, and formulate the strategic objectives of development group finance at the strategic level of enterprise development. And further put forward four concrete measures: explore the development potential of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, expand the distribution of network, follow "Belt and Road" to promote the development of overseas business, implement differentiated management strategy, highlight the advantages of characteristic brand; Embrace the pattern of mixed business management, to the development of financial collectivization.
