蘭州市中心城區(qū)商業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)空間布局優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:中國(guó)國(guó)家主席習(xí)近平在2013年9月、10月提出建設(shè)“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略方針。蘭州市是甘肅省的省會(huì)城市,是一個(gè)“兩山夾一河”的狹長(zhǎng)地帶,首位度達(dá)到6.0左右的唯一一位省會(huì)城市,其獨(dú)特的地理區(qū)位條件和經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)條件決定了中心城區(qū)的商業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)空間布局的特殊性。隨著蘭州市七里河區(qū)西客站的建成運(yùn)營(yíng),軌道1、2、3號(hào)交通線路的在建,對(duì)蘭州市中心城區(qū)商業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)空間布局將構(gòu)成了很大的作用力,同時(shí)蘭州市作為“一帶一路”西部地域商業(yè)貿(mào)易發(fā)展的重要區(qū)域。蘭州市的經(jīng)濟(jì)地位、社會(huì)地位、交通樞紐地位以及文化地位也會(huì)日益增強(qiáng)。在各國(guó)、各地區(qū)的商貿(mào)物流交換中,商業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)成為了社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要載體,是城市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展最初動(dòng)力的基石、城市綜合核心力的重要組成部分,在促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,提升蘭州貿(mào)易形象,優(yōu)化蘭州市城區(qū)商業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)空間結(jié)構(gòu)起著至關(guān)重要作用。但是,目前蘭州市的商業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)存在著諸多問(wèn)題,如分布不合理、特色不突出、商業(yè)需求未得到釋放等。所以我國(guó)在促進(jìn)“一帶一路”的策略背景下,改善蘭州市商業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)現(xiàn)狀布局存在的一些問(wèn)題有著必然性和緊迫性,因此本文對(duì)蘭州市中心城區(qū)商業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)布局深入的進(jìn)行優(yōu)化研究。本論文以城市規(guī)劃的視角出發(fā),采用多種分析方法,多種技術(shù)手段來(lái)研究。首先,學(xué)習(xí)研究影響商業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)空間布局的結(jié)論知識(shí),如商圈理論、多核心理論、中心地理論、級(jí)差地租理論、帶型城市理論等,以及國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)于商業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)研究的理論知識(shí)與實(shí)踐案例,同時(shí)糅合了城市規(guī)劃、商業(yè)地理學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)地理學(xué)、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、人文地理學(xué)等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的相關(guān)知識(shí)。其次以蘭州市中心城區(qū)的大型商業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)為研究主體,前期對(duì)蘭州市城關(guān)區(qū)、七里河區(qū)、安寧區(qū)、西固區(qū)的四個(gè)主區(qū)域的大型商業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)研,整理總結(jié)各商業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的不同業(yè)態(tài)、不同類(lèi)型以及范圍等。在ARCGIS10.2中采取空間分析中核密度分析,分別呈現(xiàn)出大型商業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)五大業(yè)態(tài)的空間發(fā)展特征,探究影響大型商業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)空間布局的動(dòng)力機(jī)制,從經(jīng)濟(jì)、人口、交通、城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)四方面著手分析研究。然后從區(qū)位商和地理分布均衡性?xún)煞矫鎸?duì)蘭州市中心城區(qū)商業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)空間布局做合理性分析,系統(tǒng)的提出蘭州市中心城區(qū)商業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)空間布局存在的問(wèn)題。從城市規(guī)劃的視角開(kāi)始,提出蘭州市中心城區(qū)大型商業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)空間布局優(yōu)化對(duì)策及規(guī)劃方案。
[Abstract]:Chinese President Xi Jinping proposed to build Belt and Road in September and October 2013. Lanzhou, the capital city of Gansu Province, is a narrow strip of "two mountains and one river," the only provincial capital city with the first degree of about 6.0. Its unique geographical location condition and economic base condition determine the particularity of the space layout of the commercial network in the central urban area. With the completion and operation of the West passenger Station in Qilihe District, Lanzhou City, and the ongoing construction of track 1, 2 and 3, it will constitute a great force on the layout of commercial outlets in the central urban area of Lanzhou. At the same time, Lanzhou City is an important area for the development of business and trade in the western region of Belt and Road. Lanzhou's economic status, social status, transportation hub status and cultural status will also be increasingly strengthened. In the exchange of commerce and logistics in various countries and regions, commercial outlets have become an important carrier of social and economic development, the cornerstone of the initial driving force of urban economic development, an important component of the comprehensive core force of the city, and an important part in promoting the sustainable development of the economy. Improving Lanzhou trade image and optimizing the spatial structure of Lanzhou city commercial network play an important role. However, at present, there are many problems in Lanzhou commercial network, such as unreasonable distribution, not prominent characteristics, not released commercial demand and so on. Therefore, in the context of promoting the strategy of "Belt and Road", some problems existing in improving the present situation of Lanzhou commercial network layout have the inevitability and urgency. Therefore, this paper carries on the thorough optimization research to the Lanzhou central city commercial network layout. From the perspective of urban planning, this paper adopts various analytical methods and technical means to study. First of all, learn and study the conclusions that affect the spatial layout of commercial outlets, such as business circle theory, multi-core theory, central land theory, differential land rent theory, belt city theory, etc. At the same time, it combines the relevant knowledge of urban planning, commercial geography, economic geography, regional economics, human geography and other related fields. Secondly, taking the large commercial network in the central urban area of Lanzhou as the main body of study, the field investigation was carried out on the four major commercial outlets in Chengguan District, Qilihe District, Anning District and Xigu District of Lanzhou City in the early stage. Collate and summarize the different business patterns, different types and scope of each commercial network. In ARCGIS10.2, the nuclear density analysis is adopted in the spatial analysis, showing the spatial development characteristics of the five major business patterns of the large commercial network, and exploring the dynamic mechanism that affects the spatial layout of the large commercial network, from the economic, population, traffic, economic, population, transportation, economic, population, transportation, The four aspects of urban spatial structure are analyzed and studied. Then from the location quotient and the geographical distribution equilibrium two aspects makes the rationality analysis to the Lanzhou central city commercial network spatial layout, systematically proposes the Lanzhou central city commercial network spatial layout existence question. From the perspective of urban planning, this paper puts forward the optimization countermeasures and planning schemes for the spatial layout of large commercial outlets in the central urban area of Lanzhou.
