【摘要】：正黨的十九大報告對推動形成全面開放新格局進行了全面系統(tǒng)的表述:要以"一帶一路"建設為重點,堅持引進來和走出去并重,遵循共商共建共享原則,加強創(chuàng)新能力開放合作,形成陸海內(nèi)外聯(lián)動、東西雙向互濟的開放格局。拓展對外貿(mào)易,培育貿(mào)易新業(yè)態(tài)新模式,推進貿(mào)易強國建
[Abstract]:The report of the 19th National Congress of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China made a comprehensive and systematic statement on promoting the formation of a new pattern of all-round opening up: it is necessary to focus on the construction of "Belt and Road", pay equal attention to both bringing in and going out, and abide by the principle of co-construction and sharing through common discussions.
