【摘要】：中國和平發(fā)展常常與美國的亞太經(jīng)濟(jì)戰(zhàn)略有著密切的關(guān)系。兩者在合作與競爭交織的復(fù)雜變化中相互影響,塑造著亞太經(jīng)濟(jì)格局;中國和平發(fā)展與美國亞太經(jīng)濟(jì)戰(zhàn)略,在不同時期的彼此契合度不同,對立性與統(tǒng)一性程度不一地共存于這個雙邊關(guān)系中。美國在國際金融危機(jī)以來的亞太經(jīng)濟(jì)戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整上更加遏制中國,中國則在這一時期進(jìn)行新一輪的改革開放,其核心之一是推進(jìn)"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略,中國希望加入美國戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整下的TPP,與以往的經(jīng)驗類似,中國必須改變自身來適應(yīng)TPP,具有被動性。TPP在客觀上也有有利于中國發(fā)展的一面。對于美國的亞太地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整所帶來的負(fù)面影響,中國也有自己的應(yīng)對資源優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:China's peaceful development is often closely related to America's Asia-pacific economic strategy. They influence each other in the complex changes of cooperation and competition, and shape the economic pattern of Asia and the Pacific. China's peaceful development and the United States' Asia-Pacific economic strategy coexist in this bilateral relationship with different degrees of opposites and unity in different periods. Since the international financial crisis, the United States has more contained China in the readjustment of the Asia-Pacific economic strategy, while China has carried out a new round of reform and opening up during this period. One of its core is to promote the "Belt and Road" strategy. China hopes to join the TPP, under the United States' strategic adjustment, which is similar to previous experience. China must change itself to adapt to the TPP, with passivity. TPP also has an objective and beneficial side to China's development. China also has its own resource advantages in dealing with the negative impact of the US economic strategy adjustment in the Asia-Pacific region.
