【摘要】：本文探討了一帶一路建設(shè)中存在的兩類不同而又互相聯(lián)系的投資機(jī)會。一種是市場導(dǎo)向、企業(yè)利潤驅(qū)動的投資機(jī)會;另一種是國家戰(zhàn)略導(dǎo)向、整體利益驅(qū)動的投資機(jī)會。為此,本文提出設(shè)立多元資金構(gòu)成的、承擔(dān)宏觀戰(zhàn)略使命的準(zhǔn)市場化投資基金,將國家宏觀戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)與基金的市場化運(yùn)作有機(jī)結(jié)合。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses two different and interrelated investment opportunities in Belt and Road's construction. One is market-oriented, enterprise profit-driven investment opportunities; the other is national strategic-oriented, overall interest-driven investment opportunities. Therefore, this paper puts forward the establishment of quasi-market-oriented investment fund, which is composed of multiple funds and undertakes the macro-strategic mission, which organically combines the national macro-strategic goal with the market-oriented operation of the fund.
