【摘要】：我國實施的"一帶一路"倡議和"長江經(jīng)濟帶"發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,進一步促進了以武漢為中心的中部地區(qū)與歐盟之間的貿(mào)易往來,基于多式聯(lián)運的武漢至歐洲國際集裝箱班列也應(yīng)運而生。為充分發(fā)揮集裝箱多式聯(lián)運優(yōu)勢,滿足日益增長的中歐運輸需求,以武漢到歐洲的國際集裝箱多式聯(lián)運線路為研究對象,從運行時間和費用2個角度建立多式聯(lián)運總費用和總時間最小的動態(tài)分析模型,根據(jù)蟻群算法原理,采用Matlab開發(fā)程序得出基于客戶需求的武漢至歐洲國際集裝箱多式聯(lián)運最優(yōu)線路推薦方案,最后用LINGO 15.0編程和窮盡例舉法驗證結(jié)果,為發(fā)展武漢與歐洲的貿(mào)易關(guān)系提供理論支持。
[Abstract]:China's "Belt and Road" initiative and the "Yangtze River Economic Belt" development strategy have further promoted the trade between the central region of Wuhan and the European Union. Based on multimodal transport, Wuhan-Europe international container train also came into being. In order to give full play to the advantages of container multimodal transport and to meet the growing demand of China-EU transport, the international container multimodal transport line from Wuhan to Europe is taken as the research object. A dynamic analysis model of the minimum total cost and total time of multimodal transport is established from the point of view of running time and cost. According to the principle of ant colony algorithm, The optimal route recommendation scheme for international container multimodal transport from Wuhan to Europe based on customer demand is obtained by using Matlab development program. Finally, LINGO 15.0 programming and exhaustive examples are used to verify the results, which provides theoretical support for the development of Wuhan's trade relations with Europe.
