【摘要】：從上個(gè)世紀(jì)90年代到21世紀(jì)初,中俄兩國在經(jīng)貿(mào)領(lǐng)域的合作雖然一直向前發(fā)展,但是不足以反映兩國政治關(guān)系的水平。隨著中俄兩國關(guān)系的深化,俄對(duì)中國發(fā)展的猜疑在逐漸減弱。2013年以來,兩國國家元首與政府首腦形成定期會(huì)晤機(jī)制,推動(dòng)中俄總體關(guān)系順利發(fā)展,同時(shí)也有助于中俄經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系的快速發(fā)展。2014年5月,普京總統(tǒng)明確宣布俄羅斯支持中國"一帶一路"倡議。2015年4月,俄羅斯政府宣布加入亞投行。這一系列決定,既有審時(shí)度勢(shì)的戰(zhàn)略考慮,也有經(jīng)濟(jì)重心轉(zhuǎn)移到東部的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展需要。中俄兩國經(jīng)濟(jì)互補(bǔ)性很強(qiáng),兩國建立穩(wěn)定的全面戰(zhàn)略協(xié)作伙伴關(guān)系,能夠不斷推動(dòng)雙方在科技、軍工、農(nóng)業(yè)、森林加工、能源等領(lǐng)域的密切合作。
