【摘要】：中央企業(yè)是中國企業(yè)"走出去"和"一帶一路"建設的先行者和主力軍。央企參與"一帶一路"建設的同時也面臨著各種問題和挑戰(zhàn)。梳理央企參與"一帶一路"建設的現(xiàn)狀,分析存在的問題,提出相應的對策是進一步推進此戰(zhàn)略構想的重要基礎。本文利用中國數(shù)據(jù)以及美國所設立的"中國全球投資追蹤"(CGIT)數(shù)據(jù),精準地梳理了央企參與"一帶一路"建設的現(xiàn)狀,指出中央企業(yè)既是參與"一帶一路"建設的"先行軍",也是建設中的"主力軍"。通過走訪有代表性的8家央企獲得的一手案例資料,總結出"一帶一路"建設中央企面臨的共性問題以及不同行業(yè)的問題。
[Abstract]:Central enterprises are the forerunner and main force of Chinese enterprises'"going out" and "Belt and Road" construction. Central enterprises participate in the construction of "Belt and Road" at the same time also facing a variety of problems and challenges. Combing the current situation of central enterprises' participation in the construction of "Belt and Road", analyzing the existing problems and putting forward corresponding countermeasures are the important basis for further advancing this strategic concept. Using the Chinese data and the "China Global Investment tracking" data set up by the United States, this paper accurately combs the current situation of the participation of central enterprises in the construction of "Belt and Road". It is pointed out that the central enterprise is not only the leading force in the construction of Belt and Road, but also the main force in the construction. This paper summarizes the common problems and problems of different industries in the construction of "Belt and Road" by visiting the primary case data of 8 representative central enterprises.
