【摘要】：去全球化主要表現(xiàn)為:全球化動(dòng)力削弱,世界經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)疲軟,貿(mào)易萎縮,保護(hù)主義抬頭;一體化政策受阻,英國(guó)脫歐,歐洲難民危機(jī)嚴(yán)重,右翼勢(shì)力上升;全球化旗手易幟,特朗普當(dāng)選后全球化意愿減退,美國(guó)實(shí)力下降導(dǎo)致領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力弱化。去全球化現(xiàn)象的根源來(lái)自全球化本身:全球化癥結(jié)在于貧富分化,全球化失速緣于動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)換,全球化亂象是由于體制失效,全球化反復(fù)是歷史常態(tài)。在全球化去留的十字路口,我國(guó)正在積極作為,中國(guó)力量成為推進(jìn)全球化的重要引擎,中國(guó)擔(dān)當(dāng)發(fā)出捍衛(wèi)全球化的明確信號(hào),中國(guó)方案闡述全球治理的清晰路徑,"一帶一路"預(yù)示新一輪全球化的發(fā)展圖景。
[Abstract]:The main manifestations of deglobalization are: the weakening of the momentum of globalization, the weak growth of the world economy, the shrinking of trade, the rise of protectionism, the obstruction of integration policies, the serious crisis of Britain leaving the European Union, the serious refugee crisis in Europe, and the rise of the right-wing forces; and the change of flag holders of globalization. Mr Trump's willingness to globalise has waned after his election, and the decline in US power has led to a weakening of leadership. The root of the phenomenon of deglobalization comes from the globalization itself: the crux of globalization lies in the polarization between the rich and the poor, the stall of globalization is due to the power transfer, the chaos of globalization is caused by the failure of the system, and the repetition of globalization is the historical norm. At the crossroads of globalization, China is actively acting as an important engine for promoting globalization, and China plays the role of sending a clear signal to defend globalization. The Chinese plan sets out a clear path to global governance, and Belt and Road heralds a new round of globalization.
