【摘要】：推進(jìn)"絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶"和"21世紀(jì)海上絲綢之路"(簡(jiǎn)稱"一帶一路")建設(shè)是國(guó)家統(tǒng)籌國(guó)內(nèi)國(guó)際形勢(shì)變化提出的重大戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想。"一帶一路"倡議的實(shí)施為不斷深化的中國(guó)高等教育改革尤其是高等教育的國(guó)際化發(fā)展提供了新的內(nèi)生動(dòng)力與外在機(jī)遇。近年來(lái),中國(guó)高等教育的國(guó)際化水平不斷提高,教育的國(guó)際地位、影響力、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力不斷提升,但同時(shí)也存在高校管理體制與國(guó)際不接軌、發(fā)展模式單一等問(wèn)題。高校必須直面國(guó)際化發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì),認(rèn)清機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn),從內(nèi)外路徑入手,調(diào)整學(xué)科專業(yè)布局,發(fā)展留學(xué)生教育,拓寬國(guó)際合作與交流的領(lǐng)域、內(nèi)容和方式,發(fā)揮高等教育在人才培養(yǎng)、科學(xué)研究、技術(shù)研發(fā)、國(guó)際合作、文化交流等方面的功能,主動(dòng)融入"一帶一路"建設(shè)大局。
[Abstract]:Promoting the construction of "Silk Road Economic Belt" and "21st Century Maritime Silk Road" (referred to as "Belt and Road") is a major strategic concept put forward by the state to coordinate the changes in the domestic and international situation. " The implementation of the "Belt and Road" initiative provides a new endogenous motive force and external opportunity for the deepening of China's higher education reform, especially for the internationalization of higher education. In recent years, the international level of higher education in China has been continuously improved, the international status, influence and competitiveness of education have been improved, but at the same time, there are also problems such as the management system of colleges and universities is not in line with the international standards, and the development mode is single and so on. Colleges and universities must face the advantages and disadvantages of international development, recognize the opportunities and challenges, adjust the distribution of disciplines and majors, develop the education of international students, and broaden the fields, contents and ways of international cooperation and exchange. Give full play to the functions of higher education in personnel training, scientific research, technology research and development, international cooperation, cultural exchange and so on, and actively integrate into the overall situation of "Belt and Road" construction.
