【摘要】：文章介紹了日本產(chǎn)業(yè)大學以"高目標、高師資、高學歷、高就業(yè)"為定位,"引企入教、產(chǎn)學結(jié)合、校企聯(lián)動"促進產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗和舉措,推進我國高職院校教學改革,提出教師進企業(yè),行家進學校,打造名師出高徒;專升本,本升碩,構(gòu)建成才"立交橋";校企挽手建聯(lián)盟,踏上"一帶一路"新征程,同心共筑"中國夢"。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the experiences and measures of Japanese University of Technology in promoting the development of industry with "high goal, high teachers, high education, high employment", "inducting enterprises into education, combining production with study, and linkage of school and enterprise" to promote the teaching reform of higher vocational colleges in our country. Teachers into enterprises, experts into schools, create famous teachers out of high students; specialized, Ben Shengshuo, to build a "bridge"; school and enterprises arm in arm to build alliances, set foot on the "Belt and Road" new journey, "Chinese Dream".
