美國、印度對“一帶一路”的知覺與錯誤知覺及中國的應(yīng)對策略

【摘要】:"一帶一路"倡議提出以來,得到了國際社會的廣泛關(guān)注。在對"一帶一路"倡議的認(rèn)識上存在全面與片面的觀點,從認(rèn)知學(xué)派的相關(guān)理論出發(fā),分析美國與印度對"一帶一路"倡議提出以來的正確認(rèn)知與錯誤認(rèn)知的原因及其中國應(yīng)該如何應(yīng)對的問題。美、印對"一帶一路"的錯誤認(rèn)知主要緣起于認(rèn)知不相符、誘發(fā)定勢、歷史經(jīng)驗等因素。為了擴大中美、中印在"一帶一路"中的合作,減少中國與美、印之間的誤判,需要做到更清晰地表達(dá)自己、允許不同的觀點存在、相互尊重等要求以尋求擴大雙邊利益。
[Abstract]:Since the "Belt and Road" initiative was put forward, it has received extensive attention from the international community. There is a comprehensive and one-sided view on the understanding of the "Belt and Road" initiative, which is based on the relevant theories of the cognitive school. This paper analyzes the causes of the correct and wrong cognition of the "Belt and Road" initiative since it was put forward by the United States and India and the problems that China should deal with. The misperception of Belt and Road in America and India is mainly due to cognitive inconsistency, induced stereotyping, historical experience and so on. In order to expand the cooperation between China and the United States in "Belt and Road" and reduce the misjudgment between China and the United States, India and China need to express themselves more clearly, allow different views to exist, and respect each other so as to seek to expand bilateral interests.
