【摘要】：正智庫作為現(xiàn)代治理體系的重要組成部分,目前已在許多重大決策與國(guó)際事務(wù)中顯示出智慧和力量,共建"一帶一路",需要智庫為其提供智力支撐。大數(shù)據(jù)也是實(shí)施"一帶一路"國(guó)家互聯(lián)互通建設(shè)需要充分利用的生產(chǎn)要素。鑒于此,基于大數(shù)據(jù)挖掘和思維提取的角度,結(jié)合"一帶一路"智庫建設(shè)中的實(shí)際問題,本文將研究的重點(diǎn)放在如何利用大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)為"一帶一路"建設(shè)提供科學(xué)有效的智力支撐和戰(zhàn)略指導(dǎo)上。智庫時(shí)代的到來及智庫的特質(zhì)
[Abstract]:As an important part of the modern governance system, the positive think-tank has shown wisdom and strength in many important decisions and international affairs. To build "Belt and Road" together, it needs to provide intellectual support for it. Big data is also a production factor that needs to be fully utilized to implement the "Belt and Road" national interconnection construction. In view of this, based on the angle of big data mining and thinking extraction, combined with the practical problems in the construction of "Belt and Road" think-tank, This paper focuses on how to use big data technology to provide scientific and effective intellectual support and strategic guidance for the construction of "Belt and Road".
