【摘要】：課題組針對來自亞、非、歐、拉美等地區(qū)政府工作人員進行相關問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果表明,東道國普遍對中國開展國際產(chǎn)能合作持歡迎態(tài)度,且國際產(chǎn)能合作與東道國發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略對接狀況良好。但東道國自身基礎設施狀況和營商環(huán)境較差對國際產(chǎn)能合作的制約明顯,中國企業(yè)核心競爭力偏弱、在東道國知名度偏低以及政府核準程序復雜等也嚴重影響了國際產(chǎn)能合作成效。未來應切實提升企業(yè)核心競爭力,針對不同區(qū)域開展國際產(chǎn)能合作的突出問題制定針對性方案。
[Abstract]:A questionnaire survey was conducted for government staff from Asia, Africa, Europe and Latin America. The results show that the host country generally welcomes China's international capacity cooperation, and the international capacity cooperation and the host country's development strategy are well connected. However, the poor state of the host country's own infrastructure and the poor business environment have obvious constraints on international capacity cooperation, and the core competitiveness of Chinese enterprises is weak. Low visibility in host countries and complex government approval procedures have also seriously affected the effectiveness of international capacity cooperation. In the future, we should enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and formulate targeted programs for the outstanding problems of international capacity cooperation in different regions.
