【摘要】：東亞是中國對外經(jīng)濟聯(lián)系最為緊密的區(qū)域之一,對中國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和國家安全具有重要戰(zhàn)略意義。中國與東亞日趨加強的貿(mào)易和投資關(guān)系將會如何影響其民眾對中國的態(tài)度?在"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略背景下,對該問題的探討具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實意義。作者通過多層線性模型分析發(fā)現(xiàn),中國和東亞國家的經(jīng)貿(mào)依存度與其民眾對中國的評價存在顯著負(fù)相關(guān),即與中國經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系緊密的國家,其民眾對中國的評價反而低。我們通過建立調(diào)節(jié)效用模型并對調(diào)節(jié)模式進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)這是由于"經(jīng)濟發(fā)展受惠度"和"發(fā)展主義傾向"的調(diào)節(jié)作用所致:在這兩項調(diào)節(jié)指標(biāo)高的國家中,中國對其經(jīng)濟影響越大,民眾對中國的評價越積極;而在這兩項指標(biāo)低的國家,中國的經(jīng)濟影響越大,民眾對中國的評價越負(fù)面。研究結(jié)果提示,中國加強對外投資和貿(mào)易時應(yīng)該了解對象國家的這兩組民眾指標(biāo),通過適當(dāng)輿論引導(dǎo),減少民眾層面的阻力與風(fēng)險。這一研究從理論上拓展了新功能主義的觀念"溢出效應(yīng)"模型,并從對外經(jīng)濟聯(lián)系的角度拓展了目前有關(guān)中國軟實力的研究。
[Abstract]:East Asia is one of the most closely related regions of China's foreign economy, which is of strategic significance to China's economic development and national security. How will China's growing trade and investment relationship with East Asia affect its people's attitudes towards China? Under the background of "Belt and Road" strategy, the discussion of this problem has important theoretical and practical significance. The author finds that the degree of economic and trade dependence between China and East Asian countries is negatively correlated with the evaluation of China by the people of China, that is, with the countries with close economic and trade relations, the evaluation of China is low. Through the establishment of a regulatory utility model and an analysis of the regulatory model, we find that this is due to the moderating role of "economic development benefits" and "developmentalist tendencies": in these two countries with high regulatory indicators, The greater the impact on China's economy, the more positive its public opinion of China is, and the more negative its economic impact is in the two low-indicator countries. The results suggest that China should understand these two groups of public indicators in the target countries when strengthening foreign investment and trade, and reduce the resistance and risk at the public level through the guidance of appropriate public opinion. This study theoretically extends the "spillover effect" model of the concept of neo-functionalism, and extends the current research on China's soft power from the angle of foreign economic relations.
