【摘要】：人類文明的發(fā)展進入了全球化程度不斷加深和世界范圍內的普遍交往不斷擴大的階段。在這個重要的歷史時期,習近平總書記提出了"一帶一路"倡議,這一倡議表明當代中華文明的對外交往是經(jīng)濟交往與文化交往、全球化與本土化、傳承與創(chuàng)新三個方面的辯證統(tǒng)一。
