【摘要】：正中國提出的"一帶一路"倡議,已經(jīng)成為我國深化對外開放、參與國際經(jīng)濟(jì)合作和全球經(jīng)濟(jì)治理的重要抓手,得到了世界眾多國家響應(yīng)。但世界上也存在一些不解、誤解,如:"一帶一路"倡議是否排斥其他的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)合作機(jī)制?"一帶一路"倡議是否"新馬歇爾計劃",是否為了中國向世界轉(zhuǎn)移過剩產(chǎn)能?到底如何看待并有效對接"一帶一路"倡議,使"一帶一路"倡議成為中國推動世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、各國分享中國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展成果的平臺,離不開
[Abstract]:The "Belt and Road" initiative put forward by China has become an important grasp of China's deepening opening to the outside world, participating in international economic cooperation and global economic governance, and has been responded by many countries in the world. But there are some puzzles and misunderstandings in the world, such as: does the "Belt and Road" initiative exclude other regional economic cooperation mechanisms? " Is the Belt and Road initiative a "new Marshall Plan" for China to transfer excess capacity to the world? How to treat and effectively connect with the "Belt and Road" initiative, make the "Belt and Road" initiative become the platform for China to promote the development of the world economy and share the fruits of China's economic development, can not be separated from it.
