【摘要】：正自2014年教育部頒發(fā)《地方本科高校轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的指導(dǎo)意見》以來,地方本科院校應(yīng)用型人才辦學(xué)理念討論與研究成為業(yè)界焦點。處于"一帶一路"核心區(qū)的新疆地方本科院校如何依靠新疆地域特點和資源優(yōu)勢,致力于培養(yǎng)地方社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展所需的應(yīng)用型人才,也成為了新形勢下新疆新建本科院校所面臨的重大挑戰(zhàn)和契機。賀繼宗教授主編的地方特色教材《新疆旅游概覽》(新疆人民出版社,2017年版)正是積極適應(yīng)國家一帶一路以及地方經(jīng)濟建設(shè)和社會
[Abstract]:Since the Ministry of Education issued the guiding opinion on the Transformation and Development of Local Universities in 2014, the discussion and research on the idea of running schools with applied talents in local colleges and universities has become the focus of the industry. In the core area of "Belt and Road", the local colleges and universities in Xinjiang, depending on the regional characteristics and resource advantages of Xinjiang, are committed to cultivating the applied talents needed for the local social and economic development. It has also become a major challenge and opportunity for new undergraduate colleges and universities in Xinjiang under the new situation. Xinjiang Tourism Survey, edited by Professor he Jizong (Xinjiang people's Publishing House, 2017), is an active adaptation to national Belt and Road and local economic construction and society.
