【摘要】：處于“絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶”與“海上絲綢之路”交匯點(diǎn)的“中巴經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊”(中巴指中國(guó)和巴基斯坦)是“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略的旗艦工程,隨著“中巴經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊”建設(shè)進(jìn)程的加快,我國(guó)越來(lái)越重視加強(qiáng)與巴基斯坦之間的經(jīng)貿(mào)合作,所以進(jìn)一步全面系統(tǒng)的分析研究在“中巴經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊”建設(shè)下兩國(guó)之間的經(jīng)貿(mào)合作發(fā)展?fàn)顩r、發(fā)展前景及發(fā)展對(duì)策具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文主要以全面考量“中巴經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊”建設(shè)對(duì)中巴經(jīng)貿(mào)合作發(fā)展的促進(jìn)作用為主線,一是分析“中巴經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊”建設(shè)下的中巴經(jīng)貿(mào)合作的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r。對(duì)中巴貿(mào)易和投資規(guī)模、中巴貿(mào)易和投資結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行比較分析,分析說(shuō)明中巴貿(mào)易與投資的發(fā)展?jié)摿Α６欠治觥爸邪徒?jīng)濟(jì)走廊”建設(shè)下的經(jīng)貿(mào)發(fā)展機(jī)遇。從“中巴經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊”建設(shè)帶來(lái)的政治基礎(chǔ),經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)、市場(chǎng)潛力以及地緣基礎(chǔ),充分體現(xiàn)中巴經(jīng)貿(mào)合作發(fā)展的前景,并從發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、產(chǎn)能轉(zhuǎn)移、貿(mào)易成本角度分析“中巴經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊”為中巴經(jīng)貿(mào)合作帶來(lái)的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。三是分析“中巴經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊”建設(shè)下中巴經(jīng)貿(mào)合作的影響因素。從理論和實(shí)證的角度分析得出交通、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平、吸引外商直接投資、政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)體制是影響中巴經(jīng)貿(mào)合作的主要因素。四是提出進(jìn)一步發(fā)揮“中巴經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊”建設(shè)作用,加強(qiáng)中巴經(jīng)貿(mào)合作的對(duì)策建議。認(rèn)為通過(guò)進(jìn)一步加大對(duì)接“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略推進(jìn)、充分發(fā)揮地緣優(yōu)勢(shì),通過(guò)提升政治互信、建立協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制,挖掘市場(chǎng)潛力、對(duì)接西部大開(kāi)發(fā)等路徑進(jìn)一步提高中巴經(jīng)貿(mào)合作發(fā)展水平�？梢�(jiàn),“中巴經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊”不僅有利于提高我國(guó)和巴基斯坦經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平、調(diào)整中巴經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu),提高中巴經(jīng)貿(mào)合作水平,而且有利于帶動(dòng)“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施,充分體現(xiàn)“中巴經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊”作用發(fā)揮的潛力。
[Abstract]:The "China-Pakistan Economic Corridor" at the junction of the "Silk Road Economic Belt" and the "Maritime Silk Road" is the flagship project of the "Belt and Road" strategy, and with the acceleration of the construction process of the "China-Pakistan Economic Corridor", Our country is paying more and more attention to strengthening economic and trade cooperation with Pakistan, so we will further conduct a comprehensive and systematic analysis and study on the development of economic and trade cooperation between the two countries under the construction of the "China-Pakistan Economic Corridor". The development prospect and the development countermeasure have the realistic significance. This paper mainly takes the construction of "China-Pakistan Economic Corridor" as the main line to consider the promoting effect of the construction of "China-Pakistan Economic Corridor" on the development of Sino-Pakistani economic and trade cooperation. The first is to analyze the development of China-Pakistan economic and trade cooperation under the construction of "China-Pakistan Economic Corridor". A comparative analysis is made on the scale of Sino-Brazilian trade and investment, and the structure of Sino-Brazilian trade and investment, which shows the development potential of Sino-Brazilian trade and investment. The second is to analyze the economic and trade opportunities under the construction of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor. From the political basis, economic basis, market potential and geographical basis brought about by the construction of the "China-Pakistan Economic Corridor", it fully reflects the prospects for the development of China-Pakistan economic and trade cooperation, and shifts production capacity from the development strategy. From the perspective of trade cost, this paper analyzes the development opportunities brought about by China-Pakistan Economic Corridor for Sino-Pakistani economic and trade cooperation. The third is to analyze the influence factors of economic and trade cooperation between China and Pakistan under the construction of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor. From the theoretical and empirical point of view, it is concluded that transportation, economic development level, attracting foreign direct investment, politics and economic system are the main factors that affect the economic and trade cooperation between China and Pakistan. Fourth, put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for further exerting the function of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor and strengthening the economic and trade cooperation between China and Pakistan. It is believed that by further enhancing the strategic push of "Belt and Road", giving full play to its geographical advantages, and by enhancing political mutual trust, establishing coordination mechanisms, and tapping the market potential, The development of economic and trade cooperation between China and Pakistan has been further improved. It can be seen that the "China-Pakistan Economic Corridor" is not only conducive to improving the level of economic development in China and Pakistan, readjusting the economic structure of China and Pakistan, and raising the level of economic and trade cooperation between China and Pakistan, but also conducive to promoting the implementation of the "Belt and Road" strategy. Fully reflect the potential of the role of the "China-Pakistan Economic Corridor."
