【摘要】：在建立境外經(jīng)貿(mào)合作區(qū)模式下,中國(guó)企業(yè)跨國(guó)投資通過"抱團(tuán)"方式改變傳統(tǒng)的單打獨(dú)斗,以融入式發(fā)展取代傳統(tǒng)的資源占有,實(shí)現(xiàn)了企業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的國(guó)際延伸和集群發(fā)展。本文主要探討在"一帶一路"建設(shè)中,如何激發(fā)更多國(guó)內(nèi)優(yōu)秀企業(yè)通過融入境外經(jīng)貿(mào)合作園區(qū)走向國(guó)際市場(chǎng),擴(kuò)大產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈集聚投資優(yōu)勢(shì)與發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Under the mode of establishing the overseas economic and trade cooperation zone, the Chinese enterprises' transnational investment changes the traditional single fight through the way of "holding groups", and replaces the traditional resource possession with the integration development, which realizes the international extension and cluster development of the enterprises' industrial chain. This paper mainly discusses how to stimulate more excellent domestic enterprises to enter the international market by integrating into the overseas economic and trade cooperation parks in the construction of "Belt and Road", and how to expand the investment advantages and development of industrial chain agglomeration.
