【摘要】："一帶一路"在實現(xiàn)"兩個一百年"奮斗目標、實現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復興的中國夢過程中扮演著重要角色�！秱鹘y(tǒng)絲綢之路興衰歷史周期研究》一文提出,中國絲綢之路每輪周期的上升段長于下降段(下降段陡峭),中國絲綢之路的周期提前于中國歷史經(jīng)濟周期的運行,中國絲綢之路的周期運行影響了中國歷史經(jīng)濟周期的運行。中國歷史人口水平是中國歷史經(jīng)濟增長的格蘭杰原因,而中國歷史經(jīng)濟增長不是中國歷史人口水平的格蘭杰原因。開辟傳統(tǒng)絲綢之路的目的在于互通有無實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟繁榮,對外戰(zhàn)爭是保障中國絲綢之路興盛的工具之一而不是目的,是絲綢之路沿線國家經(jīng)濟繁榮的基礎(chǔ);和平簽約的方式同樣也實現(xiàn)了中國絲綢之路的繁榮,帶來的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展目的更加明顯,包容性更強,發(fā)展效果也更好。內(nèi)部戰(zhàn)亂是中國絲綢之路繁盛終結(jié)的主因,是中國歷史經(jīng)濟周期快速進入衰敗期的根源。中國傳統(tǒng)絲綢之路興衰歷史周期是中國國內(nèi)包容與國際包容發(fā)展相疊加的歷史經(jīng)濟周期,與征戰(zhàn)周期完全不同。《"一帶一路"場域中區(qū)域合作范式深化與重構(gòu)》一文提出,"一帶一路"倡議不但進一步提升了我國對外開放水平,而且還打造了一個全新的區(qū)域合作格局和區(qū)域合作新模式。隨著"一帶一路"沿線國家和地區(qū)經(jīng)濟一體化的不斷深入,區(qū)域合作正處在深刻的調(diào)整和變革之中,各利益相關(guān)者需要在轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵時期,著力構(gòu)建合作發(fā)展的新范式。《"一帶一路"貿(mào)易新格局與新秩序》一文提出,我國在促進和周邊國家之間的貿(mào)易往來、文化交流與經(jīng)濟之間的全方位合作方面做出了大量努力,取得了極大成效,在實現(xiàn)我國與周邊國家和地區(qū)貿(mào)易格局重塑的同時,也通過交流和合作,讓我國對外貿(mào)易的發(fā)展實現(xiàn)了轉(zhuǎn)型升級。可以預見,伴隨著"一帶一路"的系統(tǒng)化推進,我國區(qū)域經(jīng)濟帶貿(mào)易最終將進入全新的發(fā)展時期,不但經(jīng)濟要素會更加有序而自由地流動,資源配置效率和市場融合程度都將不斷提升,區(qū)域間的貿(mào)易合作范圍和深度都將進一步拓展,水平也會更高�！�"一帶一路"下的文明互鑒與融合發(fā)展》一文指出,"一帶一路"始終堅持和平合作、開放包容、互學互鑒和互利共贏的基本原則,這不但體現(xiàn)了絲路文明之基本精神,也讓"一帶一路"具有了東西方交流合作的精神象征,勢必會借此為世界各國人民再創(chuàng)造一份偉大的文化遺產(chǎn)。而事實上,復興"一帶一路"文明不但能夠為世界經(jīng)濟交往指明道路與方向,還能借助國家主導的經(jīng)濟合作和經(jīng)貿(mào)活動,與沿線國家進行文化、文明的交往與交流,在互學互鑒的過程中讓沿線國家之間的交往更加緊密�！�"一帶一路"下全球化與"逆全球化"研究》一文分析指出,一些西方主要資本主義國家目前從全球化的重要推手蛻變成了"逆全球化"的積極推動者,對世界范圍內(nèi)的自由貿(mào)易造成了新的沖擊。借助歐美推動的國際合作也會在未來一段時間遭遇更大阻力。但全球化的大勢不會發(fā)生根本逆轉(zhuǎn),貿(mào)易保護性措施只能是有針對性的、臨時性的。由于"一帶一路"極大追求包容均衡發(fā)展,必將對全球化和資源、貿(mào)易自由流動產(chǎn)生巨大推動力。
