【摘要】："一帶一路"是我國深化改革開放的重要戰(zhàn)略舉措,作為重要戰(zhàn)略資源的職業(yè)教育,其開放性發(fā)展層次直接影響"一帶一路"建設(shè)的質(zhì)量和水平。"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略的實施既為職業(yè)院校對外交流合作提供了廣闊的平臺,也為提升我國職業(yè)院校品牌競爭力、促進職業(yè)教育提質(zhì)增效提供了方向引領(lǐng)。職業(yè)教育開放性發(fā)展集中表現(xiàn)出辦學(xué)思想的包容性、政策導(dǎo)向上的開放性、專業(yè)設(shè)置標準的國際性、人才培養(yǎng)的跨界性等基本特征。根據(jù)"一帶一路"建設(shè)的要求,積極探索推動職業(yè)教育的開放性發(fā)展,應(yīng)切實樹立與"一帶一路"建設(shè)相匹配的開放性發(fā)展理念;加強頂層制度設(shè)計,提升與沿線國家職業(yè)教育發(fā)展政策的協(xié)調(diào)度;推動職業(yè)教育國際合作辦學(xué),培養(yǎng)"一帶一路"建設(shè)所需的國際化技術(shù)技能人才;優(yōu)化職業(yè)教育專業(yè)設(shè)置,與"一帶一路"建設(shè)聯(lián)動;加快職業(yè)教育課程體系變革,構(gòu)建與"一帶一路"建設(shè)相匹配的國際化課程。
[Abstract]:"Belt and Road" is an important strategic measure to deepen the reform and opening up in China. As an important strategic resource, vocational education has a direct impact on the quality and level of the construction of "Belt and Road". " The implementation of Belt and Road's strategy not only provides a broad platform for foreign exchange and cooperation in vocational colleges, but also provides a direction for promoting the brand competitiveness of vocational colleges and universities and promoting the quality and efficiency of vocational education. The open development of vocational education mainly shows the basic characteristics such as the inclusive thought of running a school, the openness of policy guidance, the internationality of professional setting standards, and the transborder nature of talent training. According to the requirements of "Belt and Road" construction, we should actively explore and promote the open development of vocational education. We should set up the open development concept matching the construction of "Belt and Road" and strengthen the design of the top-level system. To promote coordination with the vocational education development policies of the countries along the route; to promote international cooperation in running schools in vocational education; to train internationalized technical skills for the construction of "Belt and Road"; to optimize the setting up of vocational education majors; To accelerate the reform of curriculum system of vocational education and to construct an international curriculum matching with the construction of Belt and Road.
