【摘要】：西部地區(qū)自實施大開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略以來,經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展取得了顯著成效,但與東部地區(qū)相比,兩者發(fā)展仍不平衡,制約了全面建成小康社會目標的實現(xiàn)。而"一帶一路"倡議將打造"一體兩翼"對外開放的新格局,關(guān)注東部開放的同時,將西部內(nèi)陸地區(qū)直接納入對外開放的最前沿,提升西部地區(qū)開放水平。
[Abstract]:Since the implementation of the strategy of great development, the economic and social development in the western region has achieved remarkable results, but compared with the eastern region, the development of the two regions is still unbalanced, which restricts the realization of the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way. The "Belt and Road" initiative will create a new pattern of "one body, two wings" opening to the outside world, pay close attention to the opening up of the east, bring the western inland areas directly into the forefront of opening to the outside world, and raise the level of opening up in the western regions.
