【摘要】：中國作為一個(gè)正在迅速成長的世界性大國,以"一帶一路"為代表的戰(zhàn)略性外交構(gòu)想和實(shí)踐在短時(shí)間內(nèi)催生了巨大的知識(shí)需求,急需區(qū)域研究和理論研究、學(xué)理性研究和實(shí)證性研究的有效對(duì)話和有機(jī)合作。然而,區(qū)域和國別研究長期以來存在缺乏理論和學(xué)理性視角、重實(shí)證輕理論的情況,難以滿足上述激增的知識(shí)需求。美國的中東研究經(jīng)驗(yàn)告訴我們,區(qū)域研究在與政治學(xué)融合的過程中,需要具備理論自信和批判精神以保持研究日程設(shè)定的獨(dú)立性,而不是被主流的政治學(xué)結(jié)論牽著鼻子走。與美國的情況不同,日本的中國研究則顯示出區(qū)域研究日程被研究對(duì)象的短期動(dòng)態(tài)所左右的現(xiàn)象,多為"描述性分析"而欠缺理論視角。缺乏知識(shí)競爭環(huán)境影響了日本的中國研究與政治學(xué)有機(jī)融合的速度和質(zhì)量,削弱了其政策和社會(huì)承認(rèn)度。在借鑒美日的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn)的基礎(chǔ)上,中國的區(qū)域研究與政治學(xué)要努力建立一種相互平等、互敬互利和良性競爭的知識(shí)關(guān)系,走出一條對(duì)話和融合的新路。
[Abstract]:As a rapidly growing world power, China's strategic diplomatic concept and practice, represented by "Belt and Road", has given birth to a huge demand for knowledge in a short period of time and is in urgent need of regional and theoretical research. The effective dialogue and organic cooperation between the scientific rational research and the empirical research. However, for a long time, regional and country studies lack of theoretical and scientific rational perspective and put more emphasis on positivism than theory, so it is difficult to meet the knowledge demand of the surge. American experience in Middle East studies tells us that in the process of merging regional research with political science, we need to have theoretical self-confidence and critical spirit to maintain the independence of the research agenda, rather than being led by the main political conclusions by the nose. In contrast to the situation in the United States, the Chinese studies in Japan show that the regional research agenda is dominated by the short-term dynamics of the subjects, and most of them are "descriptive analysis" and lack a theoretical perspective. The lack of knowledge competitive environment affects the speed and quality of the integration of Chinese research and political science in Japan and weakens its policy and social recognition. On the basis of the experiences and lessons of the United States and Japan, China's regional research and political science should strive to establish a knowledge relationship of mutual equality, mutual respect and mutual benefit and healthy competition, so as to find a new path of dialogue and integration.
