【摘要】："一帶一路"建設(shè)的持續(xù)推進(jìn)為沿線各國各地區(qū)拓展了合作空間,釋放了發(fā)展?jié)摿�。在各方力量統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)、深化共識的基礎(chǔ)上,"一帶一路"由經(jīng)濟驅(qū)動向人文交流、安全維護(hù)、外交轉(zhuǎn)型不斷延伸,進(jìn)一步"開辟合作新起點,謀求發(fā)展新動力"。從探尋經(jīng)濟全球化深度融合的新模式、開創(chuàng)國際政治民主協(xié)商的新格局、構(gòu)建多元文化兼容并包的新樣態(tài)來把握世界機遇與中國機遇的辯證統(tǒng)一,從接續(xù)絲路輝煌的新起點、拓展筑夢空間的新征程、承載提質(zhì)增效的新使命來審視歷史機遇與現(xiàn)實機遇的辯證統(tǒng)一,從契合命運共同體的新理念、變革國際安全觀的新境界、超越傳統(tǒng)地緣政治的新創(chuàng)舉來認(rèn)識理論機遇與實踐機遇的辯證統(tǒng)一,有助于增強國際社會對"一帶一路"的共識深化,協(xié)同推進(jìn)"一帶一路"建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:The continued development of Belt and Road has opened up the space for cooperation between all countries and regions along the route and unleashed the potential for development. On the basis of overall coordination among all parties and deepening consensus, "Belt and Road" has been driven by economy to humanistic exchange, security maintenance, and diplomatic transformation, and has further "opened up a new starting point for cooperation and sought a new motive force for development." In order to grasp the dialectical unity of world opportunity and Chinese opportunity, we should explore a new pattern of deep integration of economic globalization, create a new pattern of international political and democratic consultation, and construct a new pattern of pluralistic and inclusive culture to grasp the dialectical unity of opportunity between the world and China, and from the new starting point of continuing the brilliant silk road. Expanding the new journey of building dream space, carrying the new mission of improving quality and increasing efficiency to examine the dialectical unity of historical opportunity and realistic opportunity, and changing the new realm of international security concept from the view of new concept of destiny community. Transcending the new creation of traditional geopolitics to understand the dialectical unity of theoretical and practical opportunities will help to strengthen the international community's common understanding of Belt and Road and promote the construction of "Belt and Road".
