【摘要】："一帶一路"倡議最具意義的內(nèi)涵在于全球發(fā)展治理層次上的"國際發(fā)展共同體"機(jī)制框架。這個(gè)框架由四個(gè)層面組成:一是以議題倡導(dǎo)為基礎(chǔ)的議程設(shè)置機(jī)制,二是以規(guī)劃對接為核心的戰(zhàn)略協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制,三是以對口合作為主的推進(jìn)路徑機(jī)制,四是以項(xiàng)目示范為內(nèi)容的落地扎根機(jī)制。這一機(jī)制框架迎合了當(dāng)前全球治理發(fā)展對新理念、新機(jī)制的需求,具有很強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)操作取向。
[Abstract]:The most significant connotation of Belt and Road's initiative lies in the institutional framework of the International Development Community at the level of global development governance. The framework consists of four levels: first, an agenda setting mechanism based on topic advocacy; second, a strategic coordination mechanism with planning and docking as the core; and third, a mechanism for advancing the path based on counterpart cooperation. Fourth, the project demonstration as the content of the landing to take root mechanism. This framework caters to the needs of new ideas and new mechanisms in the development of global governance and has a strong practical operational orientation.
