【摘要】：跨境電商規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,模式不斷豐富,發(fā)展勢頭強(qiáng)勁,在對外貿(mào)易相對疲軟的當(dāng)下,成為我國外貿(mào)甚至我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的新亮點,同時成為中國企業(yè)走出去、緩解就業(yè)壓力、豐富貿(mào)易聯(lián)系渠道的重要途徑。經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)對跨境電商發(fā)展提出了新要求、新挑戰(zhàn),供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革構(gòu)想、"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略、"中國制造2025"戰(zhàn)略、"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"戰(zhàn)略,以及"三去一降一補(bǔ)"、互聯(lián)互通、絲路基金、亞投行等戰(zhàn)略舉措諸多宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)政策利好疊加,消費(fèi)市場蓬勃發(fā)展,法律法規(guī)逐步完善,也為其帶來快速發(fā)展的機(jī)遇期。只有打破國內(nèi)國外物流瓶頸,堅定地推動企業(yè)利用電商平臺走出國門,跨境電商才能成為新常態(tài)下中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要增長極;只有政企合作,才能促進(jìn)中國經(jīng)濟(jì)穩(wěn)中向好,切實為大眾創(chuàng)新、萬眾創(chuàng)業(yè)提供新的發(fā)展平臺,促進(jìn)跨境電商獲得企業(yè)市場和消費(fèi)零售市場的雙重繁榮,為中國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長提供新的動能。
[Abstract]:The scale of cross-border e-commerce continues to expand, the model is constantly rich, and the momentum of development is strong. At a time when foreign trade is relatively weak, it has become a new bright spot for China's foreign trade and even our economy, and at the same time has become a new bright spot for Chinese enterprises to go out and ease the pressure on employment. An important way to enrich trade links. The new normal state of the economy has put forward new requirements, new challenges, supply-side structural reform ideas, "Belt and Road" strategy, "made in China 2025" strategy, "Internet" strategy, and "three go, one decline, one supplement" and interconnection. The Silk Road Fund, the AIIB and other strategic initiatives, such as good superposition of macroeconomic policies, vigorous development of the consumer market, and the gradual improvement of laws and regulations, also bring a period of opportunity for its rapid development. Only by breaking the bottleneck of domestic and foreign logistics and firmly promoting enterprises to use e-commerce platforms to go abroad, can cross-border e-commerce become an important growth pole of China's economy under the new normal; only through cooperation between government and enterprises can we promote the stability and improvement of China's economy. It will provide a new development platform for mass innovation, promote cross-border ecommerce to obtain the dual prosperity of enterprise market and consumer retail market, and provide new momentum for China's economic growth.
