山西省零售業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)與發(fā)展對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:零售業(yè)作為經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)的重要產(chǎn)業(yè)部門之一,對(duì)工農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)和經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展起著至關(guān)重要的作用。零售業(yè)作為基礎(chǔ)性產(chǎn)業(yè),是連接生產(chǎn)、流通和消費(fèi)環(huán)節(jié)的紐帶,是流通產(chǎn)業(yè)的最終環(huán)節(jié),因此其戰(zhàn)略地位也就顯得更加突出。當(dāng)前形勢(shì)下如何充分利用零售業(yè)龐大的銷售網(wǎng)絡(luò)和分銷系統(tǒng),提高競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力水平,發(fā)揮其在促進(jìn)就業(yè)、增加收入、發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)等方面的重要作用,已經(jīng)成為各地區(qū)政府政策調(diào)控和企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃的重中之重。山西在歷史上是晉商的發(fā)源地,而且地處通秦聯(lián)豫、承東啟西的重要戰(zhàn)略地理位置,擁有發(fā)展零售業(yè)的得天獨(dú)厚的優(yōu)勢(shì)。新時(shí)期在國(guó)家“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略中,山西如何占據(jù)有利地位,抓住產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的契機(jī),同時(shí)利用晉商與“萬里茶道”的區(qū)域影響力,全面提升零售業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力水平,成為眼下山西零售業(yè)迫切需要解決的問題。本文試圖對(duì)影響零售業(yè)發(fā)展的各種因素進(jìn)行分析,建立比較完善的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)體系,明確山西省零售業(yè)在中部六省競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中所處的地位,從中發(fā)現(xiàn)不足和缺陷,從而為山西省零售業(yè)的健康發(fā)展提供方向和理論上的指導(dǎo)。本文首先對(duì)山西省零售業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力研究的背景和意義進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要的概括和論述,確定了論文的研究思路、框架和內(nèi)容以及可能的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。其次,對(duì)零售業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的相關(guān)概念和理論進(jìn)行了論述。第三,介紹了山西省零售業(yè)發(fā)展面臨的經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、市場(chǎng)狀況、政策環(huán)境、企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況以及零售行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)狀況,經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境分為整體的經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)狀況和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)三個(gè)方面;市場(chǎng)分析側(cè)重于居民消費(fèi)環(huán)境和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境兩方面;企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況分為科技水平、管理模式、品牌建設(shè)和質(zhì)量保證三個(gè)方面,從而對(duì)山西省零售業(yè)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r有一個(gè)清晰的認(rèn)識(shí)。第四,通過前文的現(xiàn)狀分析,概括出影響零售業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的因素,提出了影響零售業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的四個(gè)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),即產(chǎn)業(yè)的規(guī)模指標(biāo)、潛力指標(biāo)、績(jī)效指標(biāo)、生態(tài)指標(biāo)。第五,構(gòu)建零售業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)體系,運(yùn)用主成分分析法對(duì)山西省零售業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,明確山西省零售業(yè)發(fā)展的劣勢(shì)和優(yōu)勢(shì)。最后,結(jié)合上述分析得出提升山西省零售業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力水平的對(duì)策建議:大力發(fā)展現(xiàn)代物流業(yè),完善基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),加快零售產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型,提高整個(gè)行業(yè)的運(yùn)行質(zhì)量和效率;大力推動(dòng)農(nóng)村零售業(yè)的發(fā)展,挖掘農(nóng)村廣闊的消費(fèi)需求和市場(chǎng)潛力;深化產(chǎn)業(yè)間以及產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)部的交流與合作,實(shí)現(xiàn)互利共贏;積極推進(jìn)零售業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)化和信息化建設(shè),以信息化促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)化,以產(chǎn)業(yè)化帶動(dòng)信息化;樹立品牌意識(shí),注重知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的開發(fā)和保護(hù)。山西只有切實(shí)提高零售業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,在產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的路上邁出堅(jiān)實(shí)的一步,才能逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)“后煤炭”時(shí)代的崛起,走出“資源詛咒”的怪圈,推動(dòng)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的全面發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:As one of the important industrial sectors in the economic system, retailing plays a vital role in the sustainable development of industrial and agricultural production and economy.As a basic industry, retail industry is the link between production, circulation and consumption, and the final link of circulation industry, so its strategic position is more prominent.Under the current situation, how to make full use of the huge retail sales network and distribution system, improve the level of competitiveness, and give play to its important role in promoting employment, increasing income, developing the economy, etc.Has become each region government policy control and the enterprise strategic plan the most important.Shanxi is the birthplace of Shanxi Merchants in history, and is located in Tongqin-Lianyu, an important strategic geographical position of East and West, and has the unique advantage of developing retail trade.In the new period, in the national "Belt and Road" strategy, how does Shanxi occupy a favorable position, seize the opportunity of industrial transformation, and at the same time make use of the regional influence of Shanxi merchants and "Wanli tea ceremony" to promote the competitiveness of retail trade in an all-round way?Become the current Shanxi retailing urgent need to solve the problem.This paper attempts to analyze the various factors affecting the development of retail industry, establish a relatively perfect competitive evaluation system, clarify the position of Shanxi retail industry in the competition of the six central provinces, and find out the shortcomings and defects.So as to provide the direction and theoretical guidance for the healthy development of the retail industry in Shanxi Province.Firstly, this paper briefly summarizes and discusses the background and significance of the research on the competitiveness of retail industry in Shanxi Province, and determines the research ideas, framework, contents and possible innovation points of the paper.Secondly, the related concepts and theories of retail competitiveness are discussed.Thirdly, it introduces the economic environment, the market situation, the policy environment, the enterprise management and the retail trade association in Shanxi Province. The economic environment is divided into the overall economic situation.There are three aspects of industrial structure and infrastructure construction; market analysis focuses on the consumption environment and competitive environment of residents; the business situation of enterprises is divided into three aspects: scientific and technological level, management mode, brand building and quality assurance.So there is a clear understanding of the development of retail industry in Shanxi Province.Fourthly, through the analysis of the present situation, this paper summarizes the factors that affect the competitiveness of retailing industry, and puts forward four evaluation indexes, that is, the scale index, the potential index, the performance index and the ecological index of the retailing industry.Fifthly, construct the evaluation system of the retail trade competitiveness, use the principal component analysis method to carry on the empirical research on the competitiveness of the retail industry of Shanxi Province, and make clear the disadvantages and advantages of the development of the retail industry in Shanxi Province.Finally, according to the above analysis, the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the competitiveness of retail industry in Shanxi Province are obtained: vigorously developing modern logistics industry, perfecting infrastructure construction, speeding up the transformation of retail industry, and improving the operation quality and efficiency of the whole industry;Vigorously promote the development of rural retailing, tap the vast consumption demand and market potential in rural areas, deepen exchanges and cooperation between and within industries, realize mutual benefit and win-win situation, and actively promote the industrialization and informatization construction of retail trade,Promote industrialization by informationization, promote informatization by industrialization, set up brand consciousness, pay attention to the development and protection of intellectual property.Only by improving the competitiveness of retail industry and taking a solid step on the way of industrial transformation can Shanxi gradually realize the rise of "post-coal" era, step out of the "resource curse" and promote the overall development of the national economy.
