【摘要】：本文首先結(jié)合"一帶一路"沿線地區(qū)形勢,對于世界范圍內(nèi)跨境電子商務格局架構(gòu)進行評價;其次對我國跨境電子商務面臨的機遇和挑戰(zhàn)進行分析;最后提出借助當前互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展形勢,鼓勵沿線地區(qū)提升信息基礎設施水平,運用跨境電商改善貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu),完善跨境電商法律規(guī)范等對策建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the regional situation along Belt and Road, this paper evaluates the structure of cross-border e-commerce in the world, and then analyzes the opportunities and challenges of cross-border e-commerce in China. Finally, with the help of the current situation of Internet development, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, such as encouraging the areas along the route to upgrade the level of information infrastructure, using cross-border e-commerce to improve the trade structure, and perfecting the legal norms of cross-border e-commerce.
