【摘要】："一帶一路"建設(shè)為西北五省區(qū)深度合作開(kāi)發(fā)整合旅游資源,實(shí)現(xiàn)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚并培育優(yōu)勢(shì)新業(yè)態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群提供了良好的機(jī)遇。文章基于2009—2014年我國(guó)西北五省區(qū)旅游業(yè)發(fā)展數(shù)據(jù),利用演化的旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)"鉆石模型"橫向?qū)Ρ确治隽宋鞅蔽迨^(qū)旅游業(yè)分布格局和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),并與東部、中部省區(qū)旅游業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力做了縱向?qū)Ρ?結(jié)果表明:"一帶一路"建設(shè)實(shí)施前后對(duì)陜西省和新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)旅游業(yè)發(fā)展帶動(dòng)作用對(duì)比顯著,而對(duì)于甘青寧三省效果不明顯;我國(guó)西北五省區(qū)旅游業(yè)發(fā)展差距較大,旅游市場(chǎng)相對(duì)封閉,"兩端強(qiáng)大,中間較弱";我國(guó)西北五省區(qū)旅游業(yè)整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力相比東中部地區(qū)明顯較弱,旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展嚴(yán)重滯后。基于研究結(jié)論,從旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同發(fā)展、旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群、旅游業(yè)新業(yè)態(tài)培育等方面提出了加快我國(guó)西北五省區(qū)旅游業(yè)跨區(qū)域、跨產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展模式,以及形成旅游業(yè)一體化發(fā)展的大產(chǎn)業(yè)戰(zhàn)略等對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:The construction of "Belt and Road" provides a good opportunity for the development and integration of tourism resources, the agglomeration of tourism industry and the cultivation of new industry clusters in the five provinces of Northwest China. Based on the data of tourism development in the five provinces and regions of Northwest China from 2009-2014 to 2014, this paper provides a good opportunity for the development of tourism industry. By using the evolving "diamond model" of tourism industry, this paper analyzes the distribution pattern and competitive advantage of tourism in the five provinces of northwest China, and makes a longitudinal comparison with the competitiveness of tourism in eastern and central provinces. The results show that the effect of "Belt and Road" on tourism development in Shaanxi Province and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region before and after the implementation of "Belt and Road" is significant, but it is not obvious for the three provinces of Gansu, Qingning and Ning, and there is a big gap in tourism development in the five provinces of Northwest China. The tourism market is relatively closed, "the two ends are strong and the middle is weak"; the overall competitiveness of tourism in the five northwest provinces of China is obviously weaker than that in the eastern and central regions, and the development of the tourism industry is seriously lagging behind. In the aspects of tourism industry cluster and the cultivation of tourism new form, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, such as speeding up the cross-region and cross-industry integration development mode of tourism in the five provinces and regions of northwest China, and forming a big industry strategy for the integrated development of tourism.
