【摘要】：本文研究的目的是系統(tǒng)梳理鄧小平的空間經(jīng)濟(jì)思想,論證空間經(jīng)濟(jì)思想不僅是鄧小平理論的有機(jī)構(gòu)成,而且是貫穿鄧小平理論的一條重要線索,體現(xiàn)著鄧小平的全球空間站位和理論高度。本文對鄧小平空間經(jīng)濟(jì)思想的形成背景、思想內(nèi)涵、理論價值和實(shí)踐意義進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)分析,以期為當(dāng)下經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的空間難題找到理論支援。具體研究內(nèi)容包括三個方面:一是系統(tǒng)分析了鄧小平空間經(jīng)濟(jì)思想的形成條件,從其形成背景看,包括國內(nèi)國際的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和政治形勢,從其理論來源看,闡明了馬克思恩格斯的空間經(jīng)濟(jì)思想、列寧的新經(jīng)濟(jì)政策、毛澤東的空間經(jīng)濟(jì)思想等對鄧小平的影響;二是系統(tǒng)梳理了鄧小平空間經(jīng)濟(jì)思想的主要內(nèi)容,將鄧小平空間經(jīng)濟(jì)思想的理論框架概括為“空間經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)改革思想”、“空間經(jīng)濟(jì)交往戰(zhàn)略思想”、“空間經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)發(fā)展思想”三個方面;三是深入挖掘了鄧小平空間經(jīng)濟(jì)思想的重要意義,從理論意義看,鄧小平空間經(jīng)濟(jì)思想奠定了習(xí)近平空間發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的理論基礎(chǔ),彰顯了鄧小平理論的特色,發(fā)展了馬克思主義的空間經(jīng)濟(jì)思想,從實(shí)踐意義看,鄧小平空間經(jīng)濟(jì)思想為我國城市化建設(shè)提供了理論啟示,為我國經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展提供了思想動力,為自然與社會資源整合利用提供了價值方向。本文的研究主要運(yùn)用了文獻(xiàn)研究法和比較分析法。通過文獻(xiàn)研究法搜集資料,為本文提供理論支撐,通過比較分析法把鄧小平空間經(jīng)濟(jì)思想與前人的空間經(jīng)濟(jì)思想進(jìn)行對比,尋找共性規(guī)律,找出鄧小平空間經(jīng)濟(jì)思想的獨(dú)特之處和理論貢獻(xiàn)。本文的創(chuàng)新之處主要有三點(diǎn):一是論證空間經(jīng)濟(jì)思想在鄧小平理論中的重要地位,指認(rèn)發(fā)展空間經(jīng)濟(jì)是鄧小平中國特色社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)理論的重大特色;二是收集鄧小平相關(guān)論述,把握他的空間經(jīng)濟(jì)思想體系,并且從空間經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)改革、空間經(jīng)濟(jì)交往戰(zhàn)略和空間經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)發(fā)展三個方面進(jìn)行了概括總結(jié);三是挖掘鄧小平空間經(jīng)濟(jì)思想的重要意義,論證京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略與鄧小平空間經(jīng)濟(jì)思想的一脈相承和與時俱進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is to systematically comb Deng Xiaoping's thoughts on space economy, and to demonstrate that spatial economic thought is not only an organic component of Deng Xiaoping's theory, but also an important clue running through the theory of Deng Xiaoping. This paper makes a systematic analysis of the background, connotation, theoretical value and practical significance of Deng Xiaoping's space economy thought. In order to find the theoretical support for the spatial problems in the present economic development, the specific research contents include three aspects: first, the forming conditions of Deng Xiaoping's spatial economic thought are systematically analyzed, and the formation background of Deng Xiaoping's spatial economy is analyzed. Including domestic and international economic development and political situation, from its theoretical sources, expounds Marx and Engels' space economy thought, Lenin's new economic policy, Mao Zedong's space economy thought and so on. Second, it systematically combs the main contents of Deng Xiaoping's space economy thought. The theoretical framework of Deng Xiaoping's space economy thought is summarized as "space economy structure reform thought", "space economy communication strategy thought", "space economy construction development thought". Thirdly, it deeply excavates the important significance of Deng Xiaoping's space economy thought. From the theoretical point of view, Deng Xiaoping's spatial economy thought has laid the theoretical foundation for the space development strategy of Xi Jinping, and has demonstrated the characteristics of the theory of Xi Jinping. From the practical point of view, Deng Xiaoping's space economy thought has provided the theoretical enlightenment for our country's urbanization construction, has provided the thought motive force for our country's rapid economic development. This paper mainly uses the literature research method and the comparative analysis method, collects the data through the literature research method, provides the theory support for this article. By means of comparative analysis, Deng Xiaoping's spatial economic thoughts are compared with those of predecessors in order to find common laws. To find out the uniqueness and theoretical contribution of Deng Xiaoping's space economy thought. The innovation of this paper has three main points: first, it demonstrates the important position of space economy thought in Deng Xiaoping's theory, To identify the development of space economy as a major feature of Deng Xiaoping's theory of socialist modernization construction with Chinese characteristics; second, to collect Deng Xiaoping's related expositions, to grasp his space economic ideological system, and to reform the structure of space economy from the perspective of space economy. The strategy of space economy communication and the development of space economy construction are summarized in three aspects, the third is to excavate the important significance of Deng Xiaoping's space economy thought. This paper demonstrates the strategy of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei coordinated development, the strategy of "Belt and Road" and the thought of space economy of Deng Xiaoping, inheriting and keeping pace with the times.
