【摘要】：海洋意識是人類在社會實踐活動中所形成的海洋主權(quán)意識、海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)意識、海洋文化意識等一系列客觀、本質(zhì)的認(rèn)識,集中體現(xiàn)在人類對于海洋的政治主權(quán)價值、自然資源價值和文明戰(zhàn)略價值的認(rèn)識上,在本質(zhì)上是一種開放觀念、世界眼光和國際化意識。中學(xué)生承載著祖國的未來和民族發(fā)展的希望,其海洋意識直接關(guān)系到國家海洋戰(zhàn)略的實施和國力的增強(qiáng)。課程教學(xué)是培養(yǎng)中學(xué)生海洋意識的基本途徑之一,本文立足初中歷史課程教學(xué)及相關(guān)課例設(shè)計與研究,以清代“閉關(guān)鎖國”政策和中英《南京條約》簽訂為例探討海洋主權(quán)意識的培養(yǎng);以漢代“海上絲綢之路”和宋代南方商業(yè)的繁榮為例探討海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)意識的培養(yǎng);以唐代中日文化交流和明代鄭和下西洋為例探討海洋文化意識的培養(yǎng)。進(jìn)入21世紀(jì),海洋對于國家民族振興和人類整體發(fā)展起著越來越重要的作用,特別是在當(dāng)前推進(jìn)“一帶一路”建設(shè)的背景下,我們應(yīng)更加重視中學(xué)生海洋意識的培養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:Ocean consciousness is a series of objective and essential cognition which is formed by human beings in social practice, such as ocean sovereignty consciousness, ocean economic consciousness, ocean culture consciousness and so on, which is embodied in the political sovereignty value of human being to the sea. In terms of the value of natural resources and the strategic value of civilization, it is essentially an open concept, a vision of the world and a sense of internationalization. Middle school students carry the hope of the future of the motherland and the development of the nation. The ocean consciousness is directly related to the implementation of the national ocean strategy and the enhancement of national strength. The course teaching is one of the basic ways to cultivate the marine consciousness of middle school students. This paper bases on the history course teaching in junior high school and the design and research of related lesson examples. Taking the policy of "closing the door to the outside world" in Qing Dynasty and the signing of the Sino-British Treaty of Nanjing as an example to explore the cultivation of the consciousness of maritime sovereignty, taking the "Maritime Silk Road" in the Han Dynasty and the prosperity of commerce in the south of the Song Dynasty as examples to explore the cultivation of the consciousness of marine economy. Taking the cultural exchange between China and Japan in Tang Dynasty and Zheng he's voyage to the West in Ming Dynasty as an example to explore the cultivation of marine cultural consciousness, the ocean has played an increasingly important role in the rejuvenation of the nation and the overall development of mankind since 21th century. Especially under the background of promoting Belt and Road, we should pay more attention to the cultivation of middle school students'ocean consciousness.
