【摘要】:"一帶一路"沿線各地展現(xiàn)出物流業(yè)態(tài)紛繁而復(fù)雜的形勢(shì),新絲路"物流通"戰(zhàn)略以產(chǎn)業(yè)中高端轉(zhuǎn)化為宗旨,急需適用性良好的物流集散中心。面對(duì)物流業(yè)務(wù)的信息暴增、業(yè)態(tài)種類(lèi)繁多、信息價(jià)值稀疏和需求碎片化等特征,應(yīng)明確大數(shù)據(jù)體系建設(shè)的指導(dǎo)思想,歸納"一個(gè)核心、三類(lèi)需求、三個(gè)平臺(tái)和兩大門(mén)戶"的主要建設(shè)內(nèi)容,設(shè)計(jì)"五個(gè)層次,三條總線"的建設(shè)框架,實(shí)現(xiàn)新絲路沿線物流業(yè)態(tài)的精準(zhǔn)化責(zé)任追溯和碎片化價(jià)值聚集,助力產(chǎn)業(yè)中高端轉(zhuǎn)化,提升產(chǎn)業(yè)靈活適用性,以達(dá)到維護(hù)物流數(shù)據(jù)主權(quán)、提升物流資源利用率和激勵(lì)產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新的目標(biāo)。物流中心大數(shù)據(jù)體系架構(gòu)可靠性和適用性良好,對(duì)物流通戰(zhàn)略的促進(jìn)作用明顯,體現(xiàn)出大數(shù)據(jù)價(jià)值匯集的發(fā)展優(yōu)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:Various places along "Belt and Road" show the complicated and complicated situation of logistics business. The new silk road "logistics communication" strategy aims at transforming the middle and high end of the industry, so it is in urgent need of a suitable logistics distribution center. In the face of the information explosion of logistics business, Since there are many types of business forms, information value is sparse and demand is fragmented, the guiding ideology of big data's system construction should be clearly defined, and the main construction contents of "one core, three kinds of needs, three platforms and two major portals" should be summed up. Design the construction frame of "five levels, three buses", realize the precision responsibility traceability and fragmentation value gathering of logistics along the new silk road, help the industry to transform at the high end, enhance the flexibility and applicability of the industry, In order to maintain the sovereignty of logistics data, improve the utilization rate of logistics resources and stimulate industrial innovation, big data logistics center has good reliability and applicability of its system structure, and has a significant role in promoting logistics communication strategy. It reflects the development advantage of big data's value collection.
