【摘要】："一帶一路"倡議是全球化發(fā)展和構(gòu)建人類命運共同體的重要途徑。而推動該倡議的重要方面就是加強中國與"一帶一路"沿線相關(guān)發(fā)展中國家的區(qū)域合作。盡管中國與"一帶一路"相關(guān)發(fā)展中國家的深化合作存在著現(xiàn)實障礙,但中國開拓發(fā)展中國家市場、尋求與其更為廣泛和深入的合作是符合多邊利益的共贏之舉,不僅能為中國開拓更為廣闊的海外市場,加強中國與"一帶一路"沿線發(fā)展中國家的互利合作,而且能夠增進發(fā)展中國家之間的交流合作,促進全球治理機制的變革。因此,需要循序漸進地推動與"一帶一路"發(fā)展中國家的合作;加大對"一帶一路"發(fā)展中國家基礎(chǔ)設施和基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè)的投資;發(fā)揮傳統(tǒng)合作優(yōu)勢,營造良好投資環(huán)境;注重培養(yǎng)適應"一帶一路"發(fā)展中國家合作需要的跨文化復合型人才。
[Abstract]:The "Belt and Road" initiative is an important way for globalization to develop and build a community of human destinies. The important aspect of promoting the initiative is to strengthen regional cooperation between China and the developing countries concerned along the road of "Belt and Road". Despite the fact that there are practical obstacles to deepening cooperation between China and developing countries related to "Belt and Road," However, it is in the interests of multilateral interests for China to open up its markets in developing countries and to seek more extensive and in-depth cooperation with it. It will not only open up a broader overseas market for China, Strengthening mutually beneficial cooperation between China and developing countries along the route of "Belt and Road" can also enhance exchanges and cooperation among developing countries and promote the transformation of global governance mechanisms. It is necessary to promote the cooperation with "Belt and Road" developing countries step by step, increase investment in infrastructure and basic industries of "Belt and Road" developing countries, give full play to the advantages of traditional cooperation, and create a good investment environment. Focus on training "Belt and Road" developing countries to meet the needs of cross-cultural cooperation talent.
