【摘要】：中國作為人口大國和農(nóng)業(yè)大國,十幾億人的吃飯問題至關(guān)重要,而化肥是糧食中的糧食,中國氮磷資源相對豐富,但國內(nèi)有限的鉀鹽資源儲量無法支撐長期農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展需求,在"一帶一路"倡議的大背景下,為確保中國"糧食安全",應重新定位中國鉀鹽"十二五"的發(fā)展規(guī)劃中提出的相關(guān)發(fā)展思路,審慎開發(fā)國內(nèi)鉀資源,積極進口國外鉀資源,相關(guān)主管部門應采取有效措施,積極應對,把中國鉀肥行業(yè)的發(fā)展放在更高層次和中長期發(fā)展的周期內(nèi),同時本文對中國鉀鹽發(fā)展提出相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:As a large country with a large population and a large agriculture, the problem of feeding more than one billion people is of great importance, and fertilizer is the grain of grain. China is relatively rich in nitrogen and phosphorus resources, but the limited domestic reserves of potash and salt cannot support long-term agricultural development needs. Against the background of the "Belt and Road" initiative, in order to ensure China's "food security," it is necessary to reposition the relevant development ideas put forward in the "12th Five-Year Plan" of China's potash salt, prudently develop domestic potassium resources, and actively import foreign potassium resources. The relevant authorities should take effective measures to deal with the situation and put the development of China potash industry in the period of higher level and medium and long term development. At the same time, this paper puts forward some relevant suggestions for the development of potash in China.
