文章摘要：目的：調(diào)查研究口腔門診青少年患者心理行為與牙科焦慮癥（DA）的相關(guān)性。方法：利用改良牙科焦慮量表以及自制青少年心理行為問卷表對400例口腔門診青少年患者進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查，對被調(diào)查者性別、是否有牙科治療史以及3種不同的心理行為分組進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果：回收有效問卷379份，有效率94．75％；不同性別和對DA的發(fā)生差異極有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P〈0．01），Pearson列聯(lián)系數(shù)r=0．27；是否有既往口腔科治療史對DA的發(fā)生差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P〈0．05），r=0．11；緊張與焦慮行為和自我控制力行為與DA有關(guān)（P％0．05），，r分別為0．55和0．35；而內(nèi)向和羞怯行為與DA無明顯關(guān)聯(lián)。結(jié)論：DA在青少年患者中常見，性別、既往口腔科科治療史以及部分心理行為對DA有影響．

Abstr：Objective： To investigate the relationships between psychology behaviors and dental anxirty （DA）in ad- olescents. Methods： A modified corah dental anxiety scale （MDAS） and questionnaire of psychology behavior about adolescent were used in 400 adolescent patients. Sex,history of dental therapy and three kinds of psychology behaviors were invetigated. Results： 379 papers were recovered. Available rate was 94.75 %. The factor of defferent se- xes showed significant differences（P〈0.01）, and the Pearson coefficient of contingency, r=0.27. Whether have history of dental therapy or not showed statistic differences（P〈0.05）, r= 0.11. Strain and Anxiety, self--control ability influenced the prevalence of dental anxiety（P〈0, 05）, r =0.55 and 0.35. There is no statistic difference with introversion and modest. Conclusion： DA in adolescent patients is extensive. Sex, history of dental therapy and parts of psychology behaviors are closely related to patient＇s dental anxiety level.
