英語學(xué)習(xí)者的英語工作記憶容量與英語閱讀理解能力的相關(guān)性研究

工作記憶是一個同時擔(dān)負(fù)信息儲存與處理并且容量有限的認(rèn)知系統(tǒng),在人類的認(rèn)知活動中起著十分重要的作用。閱讀理解作為人類重要認(rèn)知活動之一,它與工作記憶之間的關(guān)系得到了越來越多的關(guān)注。國外研究者設(shè)計了各種相關(guān)實驗來測量受試者的工作記憶容量,并力求證明工作記憶與母語(英語)閱讀理解密切相關(guān),為工作記憶容量與閱讀理解關(guān)系的研究奠定了基礎(chǔ)。隨后,國內(nèi)語言研究者也開始對工作記憶與漢語閱讀中歧義句、復(fù)合句等特殊句型推理理解的關(guān)系進(jìn)行研究,而對工作記憶容量與英語閱讀關(guān)系的研究相對匱乏,在這些少量的研究中,針對二者之間具體關(guān)系的研究非常缺乏。此外,國內(nèi)外相關(guān)領(lǐng)域?qū)τ诠ぷ饔洃浀膬Υ媾c加工這兩個任務(wù)之間的關(guān)系也尚無定論,它們之間是資源共享的關(guān)系還是任務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)換的關(guān)系,需要更多的實證研究來進(jìn)行探索。本研究以四川外語學(xué)院成都學(xué)院英語專業(yè)92名三年級學(xué)生作為測試對象,對英語學(xué)習(xí)者的英語工作記憶容量與英語閱讀理解能力之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行探究,主要研究(1)英語學(xué)習(xí)者的英語工作記憶容量與英語閱讀理解能力是否相關(guān)?(2)如果相關(guān),工作記憶容量的儲存與加工,哪一方面對閱讀理解的影響更為顯著?工作記憶容量又主要影響閱讀理解的哪一方面?(...
