The research methods: This study mainly uses the literature review method, the questionnaire method, the mathematical analysis method, the teacher's teaching motivation scale, the teacher's teaching efficacy scale, the teacher's job satisfaction scale and the comprehensive well-being questionnaire to adjust the 429 middle-grade teachers All data is processed and divided by SPSS17.0 and AMOS17.0 Analysis and research The results are as follows:1.
