中職教師教學(xué)動(dòng)機(jī)、教學(xué)效能感、工作滿意度與幸福感的關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:研究目的:本研究旨在探究中等職業(yè)學(xué)校教師教學(xué)動(dòng)機(jī)、教學(xué)效能感、工作滿意度與幸福感的特征及其相互關(guān)系,為提升中職教師幸福感水平、促進(jìn)中等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展提供依據(jù)。 研究方法:本研究主要運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)綜述法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理分析法,使用教師教學(xué)動(dòng)機(jī)量表、教師教學(xué)效能感量表、教師工作滿意度量表、綜合幸福感問卷對(duì)429名中職教師進(jìn)行調(diào)查,全部數(shù)據(jù)采用SPSS17.0和AMOS17.0進(jìn)行處理和分析。 研究結(jié)果: 1、中職教師幸福感、教學(xué)動(dòng)機(jī)、教學(xué)效能感、工作滿意度在性別、年齡、教齡、學(xué)歷上存在顯著差異。 2、中職教師幸福感與教學(xué)動(dòng)機(jī)、教學(xué)效能感、工作滿意度之間存在顯著相關(guān)。 3、中職教師教學(xué)動(dòng)機(jī)、教學(xué)效能感、工作滿意度對(duì)幸福感有顯著正向預(yù)測(cè)作用。 4、總體工作滿意度在總體教學(xué)效能感與綜合幸福感之間起完全中介作用,在總體教學(xué)動(dòng)機(jī)與綜合幸福感之間起部分中介作用;一般教育效能感、外部?jī)?nèi)化動(dòng)機(jī)通過總體工作滿意度的完全中介作用對(duì)主觀幸福感和心理幸福感產(chǎn)生影響;內(nèi)部動(dòng)機(jī)通過總體工作滿意度的完全中介作用影響心理幸福感;個(gè)人教學(xué)效能感不僅直接影響主觀幸福感及心理幸福感,還通過總體工作滿意度的部分中介作用間接作用于主觀幸福感及心理幸福感;內(nèi)部動(dòng)機(jī)除直接影響主觀幸福感外,還通過總體工作滿意度間接作用于主觀幸福感;外部動(dòng)機(jī)直接影響心理幸福感,總體工作滿意度在其中不起中介作用。 5、中職教師教學(xué)動(dòng)機(jī)與教學(xué)效能感顯著正相關(guān)。中職教師內(nèi)部動(dòng)機(jī)、外部動(dòng)機(jī)、外部?jī)?nèi)化動(dòng)機(jī)顯著正向預(yù)測(cè)其個(gè)人教學(xué)效能感和總體教學(xué)效能感;內(nèi)部動(dòng)機(jī)、外部?jī)?nèi)化動(dòng)機(jī)顯著正向預(yù)測(cè)其一般教育效能感。 6、中職教師教學(xué)動(dòng)機(jī)與工作滿意度顯著正相關(guān)。中職教師內(nèi)部動(dòng)機(jī)、外部?jī)?nèi)化動(dòng)機(jī)對(duì)教學(xué)滿意、收入滿意、總體工作滿意度有顯著正向預(yù)測(cè)作用;外部?jī)?nèi)化動(dòng)機(jī)、內(nèi)部動(dòng)機(jī)、外部動(dòng)機(jī)對(duì)環(huán)境滿意有顯著正向預(yù)測(cè)作用:內(nèi)部動(dòng)機(jī)對(duì)升遷滿意有顯著正向預(yù)測(cè)作用;外部?jī)?nèi)化動(dòng)機(jī)、外部動(dòng)機(jī)對(duì)管理滿意有顯著正向預(yù)測(cè)作用。 7、中職教師教學(xué)效能感與工作滿意度顯著正相關(guān)。中職教師的個(gè)人教學(xué)效能感和總體教學(xué)效能感對(duì)教學(xué)滿意、環(huán)境滿意有顯著正向預(yù)測(cè)作用;總體教學(xué)效能感對(duì)升遷滿意、收入滿意、管理滿意及總體工作滿意度存在顯著正向預(yù)測(cè)作用。 研究結(jié)論:教學(xué)動(dòng)機(jī)、教學(xué)效能感、工作滿意度對(duì)中職教師幸福感有不同程度的預(yù)測(cè)作用,且教學(xué)動(dòng)機(jī)、教學(xué)效能感可以通過工作滿意度為中介影響中職教師幸福感。通過提高中職教師教學(xué)動(dòng)機(jī)、教學(xué)效能感、工作滿意度可以增強(qiáng)其幸福感水平。中職教師教學(xué)動(dòng)機(jī)與教學(xué)效能感顯著正相關(guān),教學(xué)動(dòng)機(jī)可顯著正向預(yù)測(cè)教學(xué)效能感;中職教師教學(xué)動(dòng)機(jī)與工作滿意度顯著正相關(guān),教學(xué)動(dòng)機(jī)可顯著正向預(yù)測(cè)工作滿意度;中職教師教學(xué)效能感與工作滿意度顯著正相關(guān),教學(xué)效能感可顯著正向預(yù)測(cè)工作滿意度;在教學(xué)管理中可以對(duì)此加以應(yīng)用,以提高中職教師的教學(xué)效能感和工作滿意度,提升教師工作體驗(yàn),改善教學(xué)效果。
