【摘要】：為了探討權(quán)力感對建議尋求的影響,及其中介機(jī)制和邊界條件。研究一基于組織背景,采用問卷調(diào)查的方式對102名企業(yè)員工進(jìn)行了施測,初步發(fā)現(xiàn)了權(quán)力感、自信及建議尋求行為之間的關(guān)系。研究二以119名學(xué)生為被試,采用實驗的方式,再次驗證了三者之間的關(guān)系。研究三以179名學(xué)生為被試,采用實驗的方法,發(fā)現(xiàn)了謙卑對"權(quán)力感-自信-建議尋求"關(guān)系的負(fù)向調(diào)節(jié)效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the influence of power sense on suggestion seeking, its intermediary mechanism and boundary conditions. In the first study, 102 employees were tested by questionnaire based on organizational background, and the relationship among power, self-confidence and suggestion seeking behavior was preliminarily found. In the second study, 119 students were selected as subjects, and the relationship between them was verified again by means of experiments. In the third study, 179 students were used to find the negative regulatory effect of humility on the relationship between "power sense, self-confidence and suggestion seeking".
