醫(yī)護人員心理彈性問卷的編制及其特點研究

【摘要】:心理彈性指的是個體采取一系列的應對措施,與環(huán)境進行動態(tài)交互作用,從而使個體在面對壓力和危險時能夠迅速適應并成功解決的過程。本研究試圖在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,編制一份針對醫(yī)護人員的本土化的心理彈性問卷。本研究通過文獻閱讀法,結(jié)合訪談法、開放式問卷法,初步構(gòu)建了七個醫(yī)護人員心理彈性的理論維度。然后依據(jù)所確立的七個理論維度,采取借鑒前人與自編項目的方法,建立項目庫。根據(jù)有關(guān)專家、學者對原始項目庫的審核意見,對項目庫進行刪減、修改,形成預測問卷。隨后,對目標群體中進行抽樣預測,通過頻次分析、區(qū)分度分析、探索性因素分析等方法對項目進行更進一步的修改和刪除,形成正式施測問卷。接下來,在更大范圍內(nèi)進行等概率隨機抽樣,對問卷的區(qū)分度、信度和效度進行檢測。最后對成都地區(qū)醫(yī)護人員的總體心理彈性水平進行了調(diào)查分析。 本研究問卷分析得出的結(jié)果顯示自編醫(yī)護人員心理彈性問卷具有較好的信效度:總問卷的克朗巴赫α系數(shù)為0.925,各分問卷的克朗巴赫α系數(shù)在0.54到0.76之間;總問卷的分半信度系數(shù)為0.867,分問卷的分半信度系數(shù)在0.48到0.77之間;以成人心理彈性量表為外在效標,自編醫(yī)護人員心理彈性問卷與其呈正相關(guān)(r=0.65)。自編醫(yī)護人員心理彈性問卷經(jīng)刪減后包括六個維度24個項目:自我控制、社會支持、家庭支持、未來期望、耐受性和工作能力。同時本研究對醫(yī)護人員心理彈性的調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示:1、不同性別的醫(yī)護人員在醫(yī)護人員心理彈性問卷總分上存在顯著差異,女性得分顯著高于男性(p0.01),且在自我控制、社會支持、家庭支持、未來期望、工作能力分問卷上不同性別醫(yī)護人員也均存在顯著差異;2、不同醫(yī)院等級變量的被試在醫(yī)護人員心理彈性問卷總分上存在顯著差異(p0.05),三甲醫(yī)護人員平均分最高,一甲最低,且在未來期望、耐受性、工作能力分問卷上,來自不同醫(yī)院等級變量的被試也存在顯著差異;3、不同工作性質(zhì)變量的被試在醫(yī)護人員心理彈性問卷總分存在顯著差異(p0.01),臨床護士的平均分最高,非臨床衛(wèi)生技術(shù)人員最低,從各分問卷看,在自我控制、社會支持、家庭支持、未來期望、耐受性維度分問卷上,不同工作性質(zhì)變量的被試也存在不同程度的顯著差異。
[Abstract]:Psychological elasticity refers to the process in which individuals take a series of countermeasures and interact with the environment dynamically, so that individuals can quickly adapt to and solve the problems in the face of stress and danger. This study attempts to compile a psychological elasticity questionnaire for the localization of medical and nursing staff on the basis of previous studies. In this study, seven theoretical dimensions of psychological elasticity of medical and nursing staff were constructed by literature reading method, interview method and open questionnaire method. Then, according to the seven theoretical dimensions established, the project database is established by using the method of drawing lessons from the predecessor and the self-designed project. According to the audit opinions of relevant experts and scholars on the original project library, the project library is deleted, modified and formed a prediction questionnaire. Then, the sampling prediction of the target group is carried out, and the items are further modified and deleted by frequency analysis, discrimination analysis, exploratory factor analysis and so on, and a formal questionnaire is formed. Next, the discrimination, reliability and validity of the questionnaire are tested by equal probability random sampling in a larger range. Finally, the overall psychological elasticity level of medical and nursing staff in Chengdu area was investigated and analyzed. The results of the questionnaire analysis showed that the self-designed psychological elasticity questionnaire for medical and nursing staff had good reliability and validity: the Kronbach 偽 coefficient of the total questionnaire was 0.925, and the Cronbach 偽 coefficient of each questionnaire was between 0.54 and 0.76; The split-half reliability coefficient of the total questionnaire was 0.867, and the split-half reliability coefficient of the sub-questionnaire was between 0.48 and 0.77.
