[Abstract]:Zheng Miao et al. (1) define "empty nest old man" as: all elderly people living separately from adult children or without children, and the definition covers the elderly who are "left behind" in aboriginal families as a result of the migration and separation of adult children. Recently, more and more people pay attention to the health status of empty nests. The study points out that the most important psychological and emotional problem of empty nests is loneliness (1 / 3). The intervention research on loneliness has been carried out abroad in the late 1970s, but there is very little research on loneliness in our country, so we have done a lot of research on the loneliness of the elderly in the end of the 20th century.
