注意系統(tǒng)的大腦功能偏側(cè)化與半球間的整合加工

【摘要】:目的:本研究采用了ANT任務(wù)(Attentional Network Test)和偏側(cè)呈現(xiàn)干擾的LDANT任務(wù)(Lateralized Distracting Attention Networks Test),考察注意的警覺、定向和執(zhí)行控制三個(gè)子系統(tǒng)的大腦功能偏側(cè)化與半球間的整合加工機(jī)制。 方法:實(shí)驗(yàn)一和實(shí)驗(yàn)二的材料相同,選用三種線索條件(無線索,中心線索和空間線索)和隨后呈現(xiàn)的兩種flanker任務(wù)條件(一致和不一致),屏幕背景為黑色,線索和任務(wù)以白色背景的圖片形式呈現(xiàn)在屏幕中央,圖片大小為4.81°×3.61°(寬×高)視角。在有干擾的條件下,線索屏或任務(wù)屏的左或右側(cè)6.1°分別出現(xiàn)300ms持續(xù)閃爍的白色小方塊(間斷呈現(xiàn)三次,每次呈現(xiàn)50ms,間隔50ms)作為干擾,方塊大小為0.41°視角。 實(shí)驗(yàn)一中兩種flanker任務(wù)出現(xiàn)的概率為50%的一致任務(wù)、50%的不一致任務(wù)。實(shí)驗(yàn)二中兩種目標(biāo)任務(wù)出現(xiàn)的概率包括75%的一致任務(wù)、25%的不一致任務(wù),和25%的一致任務(wù)、75%的不一致任務(wù)。 結(jié)果:實(shí)驗(yàn)一結(jié)果顯示,警覺系統(tǒng)在左半球的效應(yīng)量顯著大于右半球的效應(yīng)量,右半球的效應(yīng)量顯著大于兩半球整合加工的效應(yīng)量。定向系統(tǒng)在右半球的效應(yīng)量顯著大于左半球和兩半球整合加工的效應(yīng)量,左半球和兩半球整合加工的效應(yīng)量差異不顯著;執(zhí)行控制系統(tǒng)在右半球的效應(yīng)量和兩半球整合加工的效應(yīng)量顯著大于左半球的效應(yīng)量,右半球和兩半球整合加工的效應(yīng)量差異不顯著。實(shí)驗(yàn)二結(jié)果顯示,警覺系統(tǒng)在75%/25%和25%/75%概率中的一致flanker任務(wù)條件下,右半球的效應(yīng)量均顯著大于左半球的效應(yīng)量;在25%/75%概率中的不一致flanker條件下,左半球的效應(yīng)量顯著大于右半球的效應(yīng)量。定向系統(tǒng)在75%/25%概率中右半球的效應(yīng)量和兩半球整合加工的效應(yīng)量大于左半球的效應(yīng)量,右半球和兩半球整合加工的效應(yīng)量差異不顯著;在25%/75%概率中,右半球的效應(yīng)量顯著大于左半球和兩半球整合加工的效應(yīng)量,左半球和兩半球整合加工的效應(yīng)量差異不顯著。執(zhí)行控制系統(tǒng)在75%/25%概率中右半球的效應(yīng)量和兩半球整合加工的效應(yīng)量大于左半球的效應(yīng)量,右半球和兩半球整合加工的效應(yīng)量差異不顯著;在25%/75%概率中,右半球的效應(yīng)量顯著大于左半球和兩半球整合加工的效應(yīng)量,左半球和兩半球整合加工的效應(yīng)量差異不顯著。 結(jié)論:(1)注意存在兩種不同的警覺系統(tǒng),表現(xiàn)出不同的半球優(yōu)勢(shì)效應(yīng),個(gè)體內(nèi)在的持續(xù)性的固有警覺(tonic alertness)存在右半球加工的優(yōu)勢(shì)效應(yīng),而由外在的瞬時(shí)線索引起的位相性警覺(phasic alertness)存在左半球加工的優(yōu)勢(shì)效應(yīng);(2)注意的定向系統(tǒng)存在右半球加工的優(yōu)勢(shì)效應(yīng);(3)注意的執(zhí)行控制系統(tǒng)存在右半球加工的優(yōu)勢(shì)效應(yīng);當(dāng)任務(wù)占用更多的認(rèn)知資源時(shí),執(zhí)行控制系統(tǒng)則表現(xiàn)出更加明顯的右半球加工的優(yōu)勢(shì)效應(yīng)。

Methods: the materials of experiment 1 and experiment 2 were the same. Three kinds of clue conditions (no clue, center clue and space clue) and two kinds of flanker task conditions (consistent and inconsistent) were selected. The screen background was black, and the background of the screen was black. The clues and tasks are presented in the center of the screen in the form of white background images. Under the condition of interference, the left or right 6.1 擄of the clue screen or the task screen showed 300ms continuous flickering white squares (discontinuity three times, each presentation 50 Ms, interval 50ms) as interference, and the square size was 0.41 擄angle of view.
