組織成員心理契約失衡及重構(gòu)

【摘要】:正心理契約是指?jìng)(gè)體與組織以雇傭關(guān)系為基礎(chǔ)形成的一種內(nèi)隱化的心理期望。雖然心理契約并不存在明確的書面文件,但它確實(shí)存在于組織之中,并且對(duì)個(gè)體和組織產(chǎn)生著重要影響。隱含在心理契約中的相互責(zé)任提升了個(gè)體與組織之間的匹配性,促進(jìn)了投入與回報(bào)循環(huán)過(guò)程中的情感契合。因此,心理契約有利于組織成員之間、組織與成員之間的和諧關(guān)系構(gòu)建,便于領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者管理。
[Abstract]:Positive psychological contract is an implicit psychological expectation formed on the basis of employment relationship between individuals and organizations. Although psychological contract does not have clear written documents, it does exist in the organization and has an important impact on individuals and organizations. The mutual responsibility implied in the psychological contract promotes the matching between the individual and the organization, and promotes the emotional fit in the process of the cycle of input and return. Therefore, psychological contract is beneficial to the construction of harmonious relationship between the members of the organization and between the members of the organization, and it is easy for leaders to manage.
