碩士研究生成功恐懼與成就動(dòng)機(jī)、時(shí)間管理傾向的相關(guān)關(guān)系及干預(yù)研究

【摘要】:本研究結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)當(dāng)代碩士研究生的實(shí)際情況選用《碩士研究生成功恐懼量表》、《成就動(dòng)機(jī)量表》、《青少年時(shí)間管理傾向量表》調(diào)查了當(dāng)代碩士研究生在這3個(gè)方面的現(xiàn)狀。并且對(duì)成功恐懼、成就動(dòng)機(jī)和時(shí)間管理傾向的相關(guān)關(guān)系進(jìn)行分析。在數(shù)據(jù)分析的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)碩士研究生成功恐懼開(kāi)展OB干預(yù)實(shí)驗(yàn)。經(jīng)研究得到如下結(jié)論: (1)碩士研究生成功恐懼、成就動(dòng)機(jī)和時(shí)間管理傾向的現(xiàn)狀: 碩士研究生存在成功恐懼的心理。其中,碩士研究生成功恐懼的性別差異顯著,在其4個(gè)因子中人際恐懼和伴侶恐懼的性別差異顯著;在年級(jí)上的差異顯著,在其4個(gè)因子中人際恐懼和伴侶恐懼的差異顯著;在專(zhuān)業(yè)上,伴侶恐懼因子差異顯著。 碩士研究生的成就動(dòng)機(jī)在總體情況上處于中等偏上的水平。碩士研究生成就動(dòng)機(jī)在性別上的差異顯著。男性碩士研究生成就動(dòng)機(jī)與男性大學(xué)生常模相比的差異不顯著。女性碩士研究生成就動(dòng)機(jī)與女性大學(xué)生常模相比,女性碩士研究生的成就動(dòng)機(jī)高于女性大學(xué)生常模并且差異顯著。 碩士研究生時(shí)間管理傾向在總體上處于中等偏上的水平。碩士研究生時(shí)間管理傾向在性別和年級(jí)上的差異均不顯著,在是否有過(guò)工作經(jīng)歷上差異顯著,其中在時(shí)間價(jià)值感、時(shí)間監(jiān)控感和時(shí)間管理傾向上達(dá)到了顯著性水平。 (2)碩士研究生成功恐懼、成就動(dòng)機(jī)和時(shí)間管理傾向的相關(guān)結(jié)果分析: 碩士研究生的成功恐懼與成就動(dòng)機(jī)在某些維度上存在一定程度的相關(guān)關(guān)系,,碩士研究生的成功恐懼與時(shí)間管理傾向在某些維度上存在一定程度的相關(guān)關(guān)系,碩士研究生的成就動(dòng)機(jī)與時(shí)間管理傾向在某些維度上存在一定程度的相關(guān)關(guān)系。 (3)OB訓(xùn)練干預(yù)結(jié)果: 實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組前測(cè)所得數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果差異不顯著;實(shí)驗(yàn)組前測(cè)、后測(cè)所得數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果差異顯著;對(duì)照組前測(cè)、后測(cè)所得數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果差異不顯著;實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組后測(cè)所得數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果差異顯著。說(shuō)明此次干預(yù)對(duì)碩士研究生成功恐懼的改善效果顯著。
[Abstract]:The present study, combined with the actual situation of master's postgraduates in China, selected the present situation of master's master's post-graduate students in these three aspects. And the relationship between success fear, achievement motivation and time management tendency is analyzed. On the basis of data analysis, the OB intervention experiment was carried out on the successful fear of the master's postgraduates. The following conclusions were obtained as follows: (1) The present situation of successful fear, achievement motivation and time management tendency of master's postgraduates Form: There is a successful fear in the master's post The difference between the interpersonal and the partner's fear in the four factors is significant, and the difference between the human fear and the partner's fear is significant in the four factors. The achievement motivation of the female master's post is higher than that of the female college students, and the female's master's degree of achievement is higher than that of the female college students. and the time management tendency of the master's post is in general The difference of the time management tendency of the master's degree in the gender and the grade is not significant, and there is a significant difference in the experience of the work, including the time value sense, the time monitoring feeling and the time management tendency. (2) The successful fear, achievement motivation and time management of the master's post The analysis of the relative results of the tendency: the successful fear and achievement motivation of the master's postgraduates are in some dimensions There is a certain degree of correlation, the successful fear and time management tendency of the master's postgraduates are related to some degree in some dimensions, and the achievement motivation and time management tendency of the master's postgraduates tend to be in some dimensions There is a degree of correlation.
