積極自我圖式的注意偏向調(diào)節(jié)訓(xùn)練對個體抑郁情緒的影響:神經(jīng)質(zhì)水平的調(diào)節(jié)作用

【摘要】:目的:實驗一檢驗傳統(tǒng)的注意偏向調(diào)節(jié)訓(xùn)練對抑郁癥狀的治療效果,以及神經(jīng)質(zhì)對其效果的影響。實驗二,將積極的情緒啟動與注意偏向調(diào)節(jié)訓(xùn)練相結(jié)合,來改變抑郁個體負性圖式,試圖發(fā)展注意偏向調(diào)節(jié)訓(xùn)練的新方法。方法:通過BDI-II問卷篩選出符合具有抑郁情緒的個體,同時測量抑郁個體的神經(jīng)質(zhì)水平。實驗一選取了40名符合條件的在校大學(xué)生,將其隨機分配到實驗組和安慰劑組。實驗組在4周內(nèi)完成注意偏向修正訓(xùn)練,安慰劑組進行相匹配的中性訓(xùn)練。實驗二通過同樣的方法篩選標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的20名被試,每個被試與實驗一實驗組的被試保持同質(zhì)性。被試進行基于矯正負性的自我圖式的注意偏向修正訓(xùn)練,訓(xùn)練的時間與實驗一匹配。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):實驗一和實驗二都采用了2(分組:安慰劑組和實驗組)×2(時間:前測和后測)的重復(fù)測量方差分析。⑴實驗一中,時間的主效應(yīng)顯著p0.01,分組的主效應(yīng)顯著p0.01,時間和分組的交互作用顯著p0.01。并用配對樣本t檢驗,對實驗組和安慰劑組進行了簡單效應(yīng)分析。結(jié)果實驗組的抑郁癥狀的分?jǐn)?shù)有了顯著的降低p0.01,而安慰劑組沒有明顯的改變。⑵實驗二時間的主效應(yīng)p0.01和分組的主效應(yīng)p0.01均顯著,時間×分組的交互作用不顯著。⑶個體神經(jīng)質(zhì)水平調(diào)節(jié)著注意偏向修正訓(xùn)練的效果,即神經(jīng)質(zhì)水平越低治療效果越明顯(B=-.375,t=-2.143,p0.05)。結(jié)論:負性圖式的注意偏向修正訓(xùn)練和傳統(tǒng)的注意偏向修正訓(xùn)練都能顯著的降低抑郁個體的抑郁癥狀,其中個體的神經(jīng)質(zhì)水平對訓(xùn)練起負向調(diào)節(jié)作用。
[Abstract]:Aim: to test the therapeutic effect of traditional attention bias regulation training on depressive symptoms and the effect of neuroticism on the effect. In the second experiment, combining positive emotion priming with attention bias regulation training to change the negative schema of depression individuals, trying to develop a new method of attention bias regulation training. Methods: individuals with depression were screened out by BDI-II questionnaire and their neuroticism levels were measured at the same time. In experiment 1, 40 eligible college students were randomly assigned to the experimental group and placebo group. The experimental group completed the attention bias correction training within 4 weeks, and the placebo group received matching neutral training. In the second experiment, 20 subjects were screened by the same method, each of them kept the same quality as that of the first experimental group. Subjects were trained with attention bias correction based on corrected negative self-schema, and the training time was matched with experiment-1. The results showed that both experiment 1 and experiment 2 used repeated measurement analysis of variance for 2 (group: placebo group and experiment group) 脳 2 (time: pre-test and post-test). 1 in experiment 1, the main effect of time was significant (p0.01). The main effect of grouping is significant (p0.01), and the interaction between time and grouping is significant (p0.01). The interaction of time 脳 group was not significant. 3 the neuroticism level of individuals regulated the effect of attention bias correction training, that is, the lower the neuroticism level was, the more obvious the therapeutic effect was (B = 0.375, t = 2.143, p 0.05). Conclusion: both negative schema attention bias correction training and traditional attention bias correction training can significantly reduce depression symptoms in depressed individuals, and the neuroticism level of individuals plays a negative role in training.
