【摘要】：一般人格因素(general factor of personality,GFP)是指處于人格等級(jí)結(jié)構(gòu)頂端的單一因素,是人類所具有的最一般的人格特質(zhì)。它的出現(xiàn),標(biāo)志著人格研究出現(xiàn)了新的進(jìn)展。由于一般人格因素的概念最初來(lái)源于進(jìn)化論的思想,因此它涉及到全人類的內(nèi)部進(jìn)化問(wèn)題。宏大的理論假設(shè)使得一般人格因素具有獨(dú)特的科學(xué)魅力,從而吸引眾多的人格心理學(xué)研究者投身其中。為了證明它的存在,世界上許多國(guó)家和地區(qū)都進(jìn)行了相關(guān)的驗(yàn)證性研究,大部分結(jié)果都有力的支持了它的普遍存在性。有學(xué)者認(rèn)為一般人格因素實(shí)際上就是一種社會(huì)影響力(social effectiveness),由此出現(xiàn)了一股研究其與社會(huì)影響力關(guān)系的熱潮。眾多研究者使用問(wèn)卷分析法來(lái)進(jìn)行此類研究,結(jié)果顯示一般人格因素確實(shí)部分的反映了社會(huì)影響力。以此為基礎(chǔ),本研究進(jìn)行了兩項(xiàng)工作。在研究一中,為了從中國(guó)被試中找到一般人格因素存在的證據(jù),根據(jù)國(guó)際同行的研究范式,本研究首先使用常用的大五人格問(wèn)卷(NEO-FFI)調(diào)查了來(lái)自不同地區(qū)的中國(guó)被試(N=683)。我們使用探索性因素分析,提取了首要共同成分/一般人格因素,其特征值為1.923,解釋了數(shù)據(jù)中38.462%的變異。緊接著,為了增強(qiáng)研究的說(shuō)服力,本研究又建立了結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證性因素分析。在比較了不同的人格結(jié)構(gòu)之后,結(jié)果清晰地呈現(xiàn)出一般人格因素模型對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)擬合的優(yōu)越性(p=0.049,GFI=0.956,CFI=0.970,RMSEA=0.069)�？偟膩�(lái)說(shuō),探索性因素分析的結(jié)果和驗(yàn)證性因素分析的結(jié)果相互印證,支持了一般人格因素在中國(guó)被試中的存在。在研究二中,我們?cè)O(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)模擬競(jìng)選的實(shí)驗(yàn),來(lái)收集136名大學(xué)生志愿者客觀的社會(huì)影響力指標(biāo),并輔以主試評(píng)分為參照。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)被試的GFP得分與其社會(huì)影響力存在顯著正相關(guān)。對(duì)比分析結(jié)果顯示,GFP是造成被試在競(jìng)選中獲勝的關(guān)鍵原因。通過(guò)判別分析和回歸分析,一般人格因素對(duì)社會(huì)影響力的預(yù)測(cè)作用得以探明,其決定系數(shù)取值在0.273到0.292之間�？傮w來(lái)說(shuō),本研究發(fā)現(xiàn):第一,一般人格因素確實(shí)存在于中國(guó)被試中,此結(jié)論結(jié)合以往國(guó)際上的多項(xiàng)相關(guān)研究,支持了一般人格因素的普遍存在性;第二,一般人格因素具有正效價(jià),與神經(jīng)質(zhì)呈負(fù)相關(guān),與其他大五因素呈正相關(guān);第三,一般人格因素與社會(huì)影響力具有顯著的正相關(guān);第四,一般人格因素對(duì)社會(huì)影響力具有顯著的預(yù)測(cè)作用。
[Abstract]:General personality factor (general factor of personality,GFP) refers to the single factor at the top of the structure of personality hierarchy, which is the most general personality trait that human beings have. Its appearance marks a new development in personality research. Since the concept of general personality is originally derived from the theory of evolution, it involves the internal evolution of all mankind. The grand theoretical hypothesis makes the general personality factor have the unique scientific charm, thus attracts many personality psychology researchers to join in. In order to prove its existence, many countries and regions in the world have carried out relevant confirmatory studies, and most of the results strongly support its universal existence. Some scholars think that the general personality factor is actually a kind of social influence. Therefore, (social effectiveness), has a upsurge to study its relationship with social influence. Many researchers used questionnaire analysis to carry out such studies, and the results showed that the general personality factors did partly reflect the social influence. Based on this, two tasks have been carried out in this study. In the first study, in order to find the evidence of the existence of general personality factors from Chinese subjects, according to the research paradigm of international peers, In this study, we first used the Big five Personality questionnaire (NEO-FFI) to investigate Chinese subjects from different regions (Nu 683). Using exploratory factor analysis, we extracted the primary common component / general personality factor with a eigenvalue of 1.923, which explained 38.462% of the variation in the data. Then, in order to enhance the persuasion of the study, a structural equation model is established for confirmatory factor analysis. After comparing the different personality structures, the results clearly showed the superiority of the general personality factor model in fitting the data (p = 0.049, GFI = 0.956, CFI = 0.970, RMSEA / 0.069). In general, the results of exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis corroborate each other, which supports the existence of general personality factors in Chinese subjects. In the second study, we designed a simulated campaign experiment to collect the objective social influence index of 136 college students volunteers, and then use the main test score as a reference. The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the scores of GFP and their social influence. The results of comparative analysis show that GFP is the key reason for the candidate to win the election. By means of discriminant analysis and regression analysis, the predictive effect of general personality factors on social influence has been proved, and the value of determining coefficient is between 0.273 and 0.292. In general, this study found that: firstly, general personality factors do exist in Chinese subjects, and this conclusion supports the universal existence of general personality factors in combination with previous international related studies; Second, general personality factors had positive titers, negatively correlated with neuroticism, and positively correlated with other five factors, third, general personality factors had significant positive correlation with social influence. Fourth, general personality factors have a significant predictive effect on social influence.
