【摘要】：恢復(fù)體驗(yàn)是企業(yè)、組織管理者當(dāng)前關(guān)注的重點(diǎn),恢復(fù)體驗(yàn)的實(shí)現(xiàn)不僅可以緩解工作要求給員工帶來(lái)的壓力,還有助于員工的身心健康,提高員工的職業(yè)幸福感,本文綜合了恢復(fù)體驗(yàn)理論、工作要求理論、職業(yè)幸福感理論,構(gòu)建了工作要求與職業(yè)幸福感:恢復(fù)體驗(yàn)的中介模型,目的在于將恢復(fù)體驗(yàn)作為中介變量,試圖把恢復(fù)體驗(yàn)納入到工作要求對(duì)職業(yè)幸福感的模型中,以豐富當(dāng)前理論,實(shí)現(xiàn)恢復(fù)體驗(yàn)的實(shí)踐應(yīng)用。本研究進(jìn)行了兩部分的研究:(一)研究準(zhǔn)備,即修訂恢復(fù)體驗(yàn)以及恢復(fù)需要量表,包括兩個(gè)階段:首先對(duì)原版英文量表進(jìn)行翻譯回譯確定初稿,采用方便取樣的方法收集有效量表483份,通過(guò)項(xiàng)目分析、探索性因素分析等方法進(jìn)行了量表初次修訂;之后再采用方便取樣的方法收集有效量表358份,采用驗(yàn)證性因素分析對(duì)量表進(jìn)行再次修訂。(二)主研究,即探究工作要求和職業(yè)幸福感的關(guān)系:恢復(fù)體驗(yàn)的中介作用。對(duì)浙江、安徽省的企業(yè)員工進(jìn)行了方便取樣的調(diào)查,獲得有效問(wèn)卷515份,通過(guò)推斷統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型的驗(yàn)證,得出以下結(jié)論:(1)工作要求對(duì)職業(yè)幸福感有正向預(yù)測(cè)作用;(2)心理脫離在工作要求和職業(yè)幸福感關(guān)系間起中介作用;(3)工作要求對(duì)放松體驗(yàn)有正向預(yù)測(cè)作用;(4)控制體驗(yàn)對(duì)員工職業(yè)幸福感有正向預(yù)測(cè)作用。(5)經(jīng)修訂的恢復(fù)體驗(yàn)量表包括心理脫離、放松體驗(yàn)、掌控體驗(yàn)、控制體驗(yàn)四個(gè)維度;恢復(fù)需要是單維度。量表符合心理測(cè)量學(xué)的要求。
[Abstract]:Recovery experience is the focus of the enterprise. The realization of the recovery experience can not only relieve the pressure brought by the work requirements, but also help the employees' physical and mental health and improve their occupational well-being. This paper synthesizes the theory of recovery experience, the theory of job requirement, the theory of occupational well-being, and constructs the intermediary model of job requirement and occupational well-being: the intermediary model of recovery experience, which aims at taking recovery experience as intermediary variable. In order to enrich the current theory and realize the practical application of the recovery experience, this paper attempts to incorporate the recovery experience into the model of job requirement to the occupational well-being. This study includes two parts: (1) the preparation of the study, that is, the revision of the recovery experience and the recovery needs scale, which includes two stages: first, the first draft of the original English version of the scale is translated back to determine the first draft; 483 effective scales were collected by convenient sampling method, and the scale was revised for the first time by item analysis and exploratory factor analysis. Then 358 effective scales were collected by convenient sampling method and revised by confirmatory factor analysis. (II) the main study, which is to explore the relationship between job requirements and occupational well-being: the mediating role of recovery experience. In this paper, 515 valid questionnaires were obtained from the convenient sampling of employees in Zhejiang and Anhui provinces. Through inferred statistical analysis, the structural equation model was verified. The conclusions are as follows: (1) Job requirements have positive predictive effect on occupational well-being; (2) Psychological detachment plays an intermediary role in the relationship between job requirements and occupational well-being, and (3) job requirements have a positive predictive effect on relaxation experience. (4) the control experience has a positive predictive effect on the employee's occupational well-being. (5) the revised recovery experience scale includes four dimensions: psychological detachment, relaxation experience, control experience and control experience; the recovery needs are single dimensions. The scale meets the requirements of psychometrics.
