企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)廉腐性評估量表的編制與初步應(yīng)用

【摘要】:本研究旨在通過問卷法探討企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)廉腐性的結(jié)構(gòu),編制一份具有良好信效度指標(biāo)的量表,并運用編制的量表進(jìn)行初步研究。首先,在廣泛查閱國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合結(jié)構(gòu)式訪談的結(jié)果提出個人對企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)廉腐性概念的界定及結(jié)構(gòu)維度劃分,在此工作的基礎(chǔ)上編制企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)廉腐性評估量表的初始問卷。施測后通過探索性和驗證性分析對量表各維度結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行考察,并探討量表的信效度,形成正式問卷。最后,探討企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)廉腐性的現(xiàn)狀及其與員工自尊、員工工作投入之間的關(guān)系。主要研究結(jié)論如下: (1)企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)廉腐性由四個因素構(gòu)成,分別是:權(quán)力利用、資源利用、人事晉升和生活作風(fēng)。 (2)本研究所編制的企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)廉腐性評估量表具有教良好的信度、結(jié)構(gòu)效度和模型擬合度,各項指標(biāo)表明該量表可以作為企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)廉腐性的評估工具。 (3)對企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)廉腐性現(xiàn)狀分析發(fā)現(xiàn):我國企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的廉潔性處于中等水平;在權(quán)力利用上存在顯著的年齡差異,26-35歲年齡段的企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)廉潔性顯著高于36-45歲年齡段;人事晉升與生活作風(fēng)維度存在顯著教育程度差異,研究生及以上學(xué)歷的企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的廉潔性顯著高于小學(xué)及以下學(xué)歷。 (4)企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)廉腐性與員工自尊、員工工作投入顯著正相關(guān)。員工自尊在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)廉腐性與員工工作投入之間存在完全中介效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is to explore the structure of the honesty and corruption of enterprise leaders by questionnaire, to compile a scale with good reliability and validity, and to make a preliminary study by using the scale developed. First of all, on the basis of extensive reference to relevant literature at home and abroad, combined with the results of structured interviews, this paper puts forward the definition and structural dimension of the concept of corporate leadership integrity. On the basis of this work, an initial questionnaire for evaluating the integrity of enterprise leaders was developed. The dimension structure of the scale was investigated by exploratory and confirmatory analysis, and the reliability and validity of the scale were discussed to form a formal questionnaire. Finally, the paper discusses the current situation of leadership corruption and its relationship with employee self-esteem and employee work involvement. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) leadership corruption is composed of four factors: power utilization, resource utilization, personnel promotion and life style. (2) the evaluation scale developed by this study has good teaching reliability, structural validity and model fit degree, which indicates that the scale can be used as a tool for evaluating the integrity of enterprise leaders. (3) the analysis of the current situation of the enterprise leaders' honesty and corruption shows that the incorruptibility of our country's enterprise leaders is at the middle level; There is a significant age difference in the use of power, 26-35 years old corporate leadership integrity is significantly higher than the 36-45 age group; There was significant difference in education level between personnel promotion and life style. The incorruptibility of enterprise leaders with graduate degree and above was significantly higher than that of primary school and below. (4) leadership corruption was positively correlated with employee self-esteem and employee work involvement. Employee self-esteem has a complete mediating effect between leadership corruption and employee work involvement.
