【摘要】：已有研究發(fā)現(xiàn)大學(xué)生的心理健康等心理狀態(tài)隨社會變遷而發(fā)生變化,那么作為個體內(nèi)在特質(zhì)的人格是如何隨年代變化呢?本研究對2004至2013年65篇采用五因素人格量表的研究進(jìn)行了橫斷歷史分析,以揭示47029名大學(xué)生人格特質(zhì)的變化趨勢。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)2004至2013年期間,大學(xué)生的人格五個因子得分與年代之間均呈現(xiàn)顯著正相關(guān),大學(xué)生人格特質(zhì)發(fā)生了整體變化。(2)大學(xué)生的神經(jīng)質(zhì)、外向性、開放性和嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)性得分在10年期間均上升1個標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差以上,其d值在1.06~1.30之間,宜人性提高0.57個標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差。大學(xué)生在變得更加外向、開放、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)和宜人的同時,情緒穩(wěn)定性也更差。(3)男女大學(xué)生人格特質(zhì)的變化既有共同趨勢,又存在明顯差異,男生的五個因子得分都顯著上升,但是女生的開放性無變化,宜人性卻有所下降。
[Abstract]:It has been found that the psychological state of college students such as mental health changes with the changes of society, so how does personality, as an internal trait of individual, change with the years? This study conducted a cross-sectional historical analysis of 65 studies using Five-Factor Personality scale from 2004 to 2013 in order to reveal the changing trend of personality traits of 47029 college students. The results showed that: (1) from 2004 to 2013, the scores of five factors of personality of college students were significantly positively correlated with each other, and the personality traits of college students changed as a whole. (2) the neuroticism and extroversion of college students; The scores of openness and preciseness increased by more than 1 standard deviation in 10 years, the d value was between 1. 06 and 1. 30, and the humanity was increased by 0. 57 standard deviations. College students become more extroverted, open, rigorous and pleasant at the same time, emotional stability is also worse. (3) the changes of personality traits of male and female college students not only have the same trend, but also have obvious differences. However, the openness of girls has not changed, but the human nature has declined.
