【摘要】：目的探討濱州市嬰兒嫉妒心理行為的發(fā)展情況。方法收治10個(gè)月患病(呼吸道感染、小兒腸炎)兒和健康兒各60例,分別為觀察組和對(duì)照組,按照實(shí)驗(yàn)要求進(jìn)行"嫉妒誘導(dǎo)實(shí)驗(yàn)"錄像,并對(duì)錄像進(jìn)行編碼、賦值及分析,比較兩組嬰兒嫉妒心理有無(wú)差異。結(jié)果在4種情境實(shí)驗(yàn)中,即非社會(huì)性物體一致(書或者洋娃娃)的情況下,兩組嬰兒在母親/書中編碼評(píng)分大于陌生人/書,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);母親/洋娃娃編碼評(píng)分大于陌生人/洋娃娃,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。在社會(huì)性物體一致(人)的情況下,兩組嬰兒在陌生人/洋娃娃中編碼評(píng)分大于陌生人/書,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);在母親/洋娃娃中編碼也大于母親/書,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。在陌生人/書、母親/書、陌生人/洋娃娃、母親/洋娃娃4種情境實(shí)驗(yàn)中,觀察組嬰兒肢體行為編碼值均大于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論濱州市10個(gè)月嬰兒已出現(xiàn)嫉妒心理,患病兒嫉妒心理強(qiáng)于健康兒,可能與生病期間對(duì)母親依戀情緒增加有關(guān)。對(duì)嫉妒心理強(qiáng)的嬰兒,應(yīng)及時(shí)幫助嬰兒形成積極、健康的情緒,促進(jìn)正確的心理行為發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the development of infant jealousy psychological behavior in Binzhou. Methods A 10-month-old (respiratory tract infection, infantile enteritis) and 60 healthy children were treated respectively as observation group and control group. According to the requirements of the experiment, the video of "jealousy induction experiment" was recorded, and the video was coded, assigned and analyzed. There was no difference in jealousy between the two groups. Results under the condition of nonsocial objects consistent (book or doll), the coding scores of the two groups in the mother / book were higher than those in the stranger / book (P0.05). The coding score of mother / doll was higher than that of stranger / doll, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). In the case of consistent social objects, the coding scores of the two groups in strangers / dolls were higher than those in strangers / books, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The coding in the mother / doll was also larger than that in the mother / book, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). In the experiment of strangers / books, mothers / books, strangers / dolls and mothers / dolls, the body behavior coding values of infants in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion in Binzhou, 10 months old infants have been jealous, and the jealous psychology of sick children is stronger than that of healthy ones, which may be related to the increase of attachment to their mothers during illness. For jealous infants, we should help them to form positive and healthy emotions and promote the development of correct psychological behavior.
